« Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

Spent 4 nights and as always very comfy and spacious rooms. The place is also conveniently located at a MAX tram station if you want to skip the traffic when going downtown.
5th stay, always fine. Will return. »

« The hotel was fairly clean, but the entire hotel smelled like weed (and strong), including our room. The hot tub was green and I wouldn’t let my kids swim in it. Breakfast great for the kids and the staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Definitely not top on my list to stay again if we need to be by PDX »

« Someone we didn’t know (with key card access) came into our room at 9 AM while we were sleeping. The front desk apologized but that simply wasn’t enough considering what happened. I would want to have safety and privacy especially if I am paying $150 for the night. We checked out as soon as possible after that happened. This place is not safe. »

« I would rate this hotel as superb with one major exception: the fan noise from the AC. On my second night I woke up and decided to download a decibel meter. It measured 87 decibels. According to AI this is a level that can damage your hearing if exposed for 8 hours or more. I'm a building professional, and I believe this is due to one of, or combinations of, three things: the fan is oversized; the duct is undersized; or the fan is not appropriate for this application. »
