'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'We stayed in a stunning suite that was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we could want, and we loved the robe and slippers provided. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and we were very impressed with both the dining options and the room service. The restaurant choices are excellent, ranging from formal dining to a casual snack. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend it!'

'The room is clean, staff is friendly. It would be nice if there was some bath products. This is one of the few hotels that I notice doesn’t have body lotion or toiletries. The location is great being next to the Byward market. The only down side is there are a lot of street vagrants and drug use. '

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '
