'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'Liked the easy access from the airport, although signs were lacking from the arrivals area. We ended up phoning the front desk for directions.
After a long travel day, we were looking forward to a bit of relaxation at the bar, but were told the bar was closed. 10 pm on a Saturday night. Plus the bar manager was abrupt about the place being closed. (He was sitting at the bar himself, doing paperwork)'

'The location is not convenient and not close to restaurants. Need to uber to get to anything around.
Although rooms are nice, but the sound isolation is terrible. You hear people walking on top floor and neighboring suites.

'I felt like the Hotel was lovely. The Casino was great fun and they had fantastic band that played for free. I did find a pill on the floor in my room from a previous guest so that’s not good. The casino has plenty machines. The odds of losing are 100%. The pay out is terrible even at max bet. The wins are far and few between. It was fun overall. Food is not great, but I really think that is common for Ottawa.'

'First, the rooms have airco, but this is a mobile airco. Thus this makes a terrible noise. The hose was torn. And already 3 times repaired with tape. I told the receptionist at arrival emediatly. He would take care off it. After 2 days no improvement. Still broken. Further the view from the balcony at the back off the hotel is a total different story, then on the frontside. The noise at the back side is substantial. The inside off the room is bit tired and need a fresh up. The breakfast was...
