'Really clean public spaces and comfortable and clean room! Walking distance to the NEC. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. Breakfast is really busy when the hotel is full but the staff in the restaurant is efficient and works really hard! The only thing that I didn’t like was the room service menu. Only choice: hamburger, pizza or Caesar salad. The burger (and fries) were awful. But, I would definitely stay there again! Thank you Hilton Metropole!'

'We stayed in POD 2 and it was perfect for what we needed! Potentially a bit small if more than 1 person is staying for longer than a couple of days. 'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'
