'Staff was not very helpful when I was there, especially because I booked via Expedia and they didn't have my reservation. They tried blaming me but didn't want to look at my reservation confirmation. The bed was really hard and I was put right next to the elevator, so it was very loud.'

'Upon check in the young man seemed very unpolished and told us we had to put a $100 hold on file which came as a total surprise. Our room smelled like cat urine and the couch was very suspect and made us itch. My advice would be to absolutely remove it. It is apparent the hotel is rebranded and doing rehab which is honorable however they should pay better attention to decor and the weekend food at complimentary breakfast and especially the helper. The trash was overflowing at the coffee station...
