'The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.'

'The room was clean enough but this is not a Marriott level facility. It was not well maintained, the furniture was beat up, very meh overall. Hotel staff was absolutely incredible.'

'Dit hotel is vooral een echt casinohotel, en dat merk je aan alles. De kamers zijn prima, de bedden zijn comfortabel en er zijn veel horeca mogelijkheden in het hotel. Ook parkeren is geen probleem. In het casino mag nog gerookt worden. Bah! Dat zijn wij niet meer gewend. Maar goed, we hoefde er ook eigenlijk niet te zijn. Verder gewoon een aardig hotel voor onderweg, verwacht niets bijzonders maar het is er in ieder geval schoon en stil.'

'Upon arriving around 4:45pm, they were still actively cleaning the rooms we were assigned(requested adjourning rooms). We waited roughly 30 minutes before we could get into our rooms. Once in the rooms, the floors weren’t swept the best and sheets smelled cleaned, but had some stains and there was a dark, coarse hair on one bed. I called and talked to the front desk and they sent the cleaning ladies up and they promptly got new sheets for the beds. The pool was okay. Breakfast the next morning...

'We had two rooms. One of the rooms had water seeping up through the floor when you walked on it. The sheets and pillow cases were overly stained in both rooms. The AC unit in our other room had a big hole in it and you could see outside. The blankets were so thin, and the kiddos got too cold. The bath/shower floors were extremely slippery and one of our kiddos fell while in the shower. One room smelled badly of cigarette smoke that our asthmatic kiddo had an issue, and the other room smelled...

'We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...

'A staff member entered my room without knocking at 11:30 at night while I was in bed. He said he didn't know the room was occupied. About 20 minutes later, a different staff member knocked and demanded I come down to the front desk and re-check in saying they had a mistake in their computer. At nearly midnight, I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to the lobby and check in all over again. Also, the room had dirty bed sheets and the fridge had not been cleaned out and had leftover...

'They had roaches very bad had to check my stuff to make sure I didn't bring bugs home I was very uncomfortable for the price'
