"When we arrived at check in and the reception saw our reservation troughs a 3th party he changed attitude and we feld in a few seconds not welkom. He gave us a room lower than we booked. We had to go back to ask the correct room. At the end of our stay we received a bill for parking our car when it was included in our deal. So overall we were not happy"
