« The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I wish that the hotel and casino were a little closer together but there's an enclosed walkway to and from. The casino is very nice they just need a bar closer to the entrance where most patrons play. »

« Waiting nearly 1 hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and after 2 phone calls is not what I call good service, especially after being greeted by "sorry but..." »

« The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...

« First off, they do not clean your room unless you specifically ask for it. Secondly, took me three rooms to find one that didn’t smell like smoke, smell musty, and was OK. After that, it was pretty much what you would expect from Best Western. Breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming. I probably would not stay there again. »
