'We stayed for 10 days as a family of four, and were disappointed by the lack of care and follow-through. Only four towels were provided for the entire stay — no spares, no mid-stay replacement, not even basic instructions for requesting more. The location is excellent — right on Church Street and only a short walk to the Mall, Belmore Basin, and both North and City Beach.
