This is a beautiful property, the backyard and creek are lots of fun to explore. A few things weren't working properly but great communication from the owner was very helpful. Aside from the issues that we were communicating on, the only thing I didn't like was that there are cameras trained on the hot tub and firepit areas. A camera at the front door or driveway is understandable but those seem unnecessary and a bit invasive.

We had a wonderful time at this property, so glad we chose this Vrbo from our many options. Pro’s:1) Private location, backyard very tranquil with several well maintained paths. Path down to creek, with a couple of chairs and a table.2) Hot tub was is a great location next to the house, and very private. Very well maintained and was a great place to relax.3) Close to golf course/driving range. My husband and son went to the clubhouse, where they were very friendly and let them borrow clubs to use on the driving range.4) One of the best stocked kitchens we’ve seen at a Vrbo. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes/cups. They had dish soap, sponges, kitchen towels, and hand soap. Basically, everything you have in your own kitchen. 3) Full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent.4) Loved that we could bring our dog!5) Drive wasn’t too far to lake Cushman or Hoodsport. 6) Very nice carport in front of the home. Easy to pack and unpack the car.7) We saw deer in the neighborhood almost every day! Con’s:The only very minor thing for us was that we couldn’t get the propane tank to work on the BBQ. (We did not reach out to the host.) Would definitely stay here again!

We weren't able to complete our stay due to a fire in the area. The host was extremely accommodating from initial booking to completion. We were given a generous refund and looking forward to making this a priority next year when Lake Cushman and the local trails are open again. Highly recommend this cabin and host for your stay!!!

The house is wonderful. The property manager, Kerry, and the owner were immediately responsive with both an issue with the Wi-Fi and a towel shortage. The house is well-appointed. The backyard is awesome. It is quiet and peaceful.

Clean, Comfortable and Relaxing!

My favorite thing about this place is the brook crossing the property. I spent as much time as I could sitting out there. It was so peaceful. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. I walked in the kitchen barefoot and no dirt or grime stuck to my feet! The kitchen had everything we needed, the coffee supplies were great, they offered very good coffee. I brought my own tea, and was delighted to find a tea pot! We went out to the Lake Cushman area to hike, and although the Staircase area was closed due to the fire, we hiked Lake Lena, and another hike, very beautiful area to explore. We did use the guest pass to Lake Kokanee for one afternoon, very lovely! We had several questions for the host, who promptly replied and was very helpful. In every aspect, this is a wonderful place to stay. We will be back! We highly recommend this house.

Beautiful Getaway

We went for a birthday trip with my partner and some friends and were impressed by how clean, beautiful and well appointed the cabin was. Though we were primarily in the area to go paddleboarding nearby on lake Cushman, since the weather didn't comply with our plans we were only able to go to the lake one day and spent the second day entirely on the property which was a dream. The creek really is beautiful and peaceful, and there is lots of space to sit and enjoy the lovely setting. We spent the day taking turns in the hot tub, talking around the fire pit and sitting by the creek. A toddler came to visit with her parents and had fun wandering around looking at all the cute animal sculptures in the yard. We used the grill for several meals, and when it acted odd during one of the uses, our host was extremely responsive. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, cutlery, pots and pans, and nice serving trays. We didn't feel like we were missing anything.The beds were very comfortable and the couches downstairs are recliners, which were fun for lounging and chatting at night. There is also a dart board upstairs, which we had a fun time playing with. Only notes for visitors would be that the water in the shower turns the opposite direction for temperature, and that sound within the house travels pretty well. We were so pleased with our stay and would love to come back any time!

Great location. Even better manager/owner.

The home was in a more secluded location than we initially thought, which was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and comforting. And, the manager/owner communication was absolutely top-notch. I'd highly recommend this property.

Beautiful quiet creekside cabin

We had a great weekend stay at Creekside Cabin. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac in one of the many subdivisions near Lakes Cushman and Kokanee. The creek that runs behind the home is just lovely and I enjoyed drinking my morning tea out there both mornings. We spent 2 days at Lake Cushman, paddleboarding and enjoying the views. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay and especially if you enjoy cooking your own meals because the kitchen is completely stocked. I would stay there again. Thank you!

Creekside Cabin

Our stay at the Creekside Cabin was wonderful. It was a very nice cabin with a nice kitchen, living area, bedrooms and amazing yard. We enjoyed our evenings there relaxing by the creek, taking a soak in the hot tub and enjoying the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Kerry was very responsive and I will rent this cabin if I stay in the area again.

Magical, private location with a pristine home

We LOVED the backyard, creek and multiple hanging out areas. Hot tub was clean. We used the guest pass to go swimming in the lake and it was easy and fun. We would definitely come back again!
