Disturbing vaca rental

I rented last year, a property that showed balconies hanging over a pool, with the ocean straight ahead with landscape and small buildings in the view. What I got was a terribly small place, view of ocean was a space down the street between tall buildings. No linens for the "not" pull out couch bed. Kitchen unusable because of roaches, not enough towels and it cost to do laundry. It was extremely loud at night and hard to go to sleep. I will never stay at a Vacasa property again. I went through Vrbo thinking it was reputable and ended up with a total bomb. They ignored all complaint's and problems

Great location and condo in Waikiki

This property was just perfect for our family (4 adults, 4 children) Location is perfect, 2 easy blocks from the beach and there are many restaurants and stores very close by. check in/check out was easy, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen, and the free parking spot was a bonus. Highly recommend!

We had terrible correspondence with host at first. Then terrible time checking into place. Once we got in it was dirty. Stained furniture bugs everywhere. Bed had something nasty on sheets. We decided to not stay there would not recommend stay

Great location

The unit itself was pretty clean, updated and spacious but the building was very old and somewhat gross. The location is excellent though with only a short walk to the beach and amongst many shops and restaurants. The check in process and awful. Dozens of lock boxes on the wall outside the building. We were given the wrong lock box number and it took a lot of phone calls and time to figure out the correct number and get into the unit. The garage opener wasn’t working and we had to wait until the next day to get a special replacement battery.
