立地&景色が最高

ワイキキへのアクセスもよく、景色もよく、ワイキキの波チェックもテラスから出来ます。水圧が少し弱いくらいですが、この料金だと申し分ないです！

Central location to all the shops, beach. I like the fact you can walk no need for a car. Building have 24 hours security. However the room needs updated furniture, dressers drawers, and more towel racks.

Great location, nice balcony

This is a great spot. The price can't be beat. The restaurant downstairs is very tasty and convenient. I enjoyed the balcony and the hot tub. The room was pretty nice, but did have some areas that needed a little TLC. Our main concern was that the air conditioner was very loud and did not keep up well. We were often too hot. There was no thermostat so you have to leave it on to sleep but if it runs all night you might get cold and the noise may make it difficult to relax. The hosts were very responsive and checked the AC for us, but that is just how it is.

Great Waikiki stay!

Location was perfect if you’re planning to stay in Waikiki and walk downtown. Beach, Restaurants and shopping were all walking distance. Kitchenette was great for quick breakfast/ meals!

The property had all we needed/wanted, and would've been perfect if not for a leak in bathroom ceiling. The management company for this unit was not helpful, supportive and very poor communication. The building maintenance crew was very communicative, and tried to resolve it as soon a possible. I called the management company when the leak got worse and it was literally raining in our bathroom. The representative asked me what I wanted them to do about it. The property owner needs to find a new management company.

Poor Customer Service Follow Through

I stayed almost a week with a child in this room. The microwave was broken and when I called customer service they always assured me how they would get someone to come "asap" to fix it and that never happened. It was the reason why I booked this room because it had a full kitchenette. From my experience, Vacasa has no follow through and makes empty promises to only pacify the renter. I'm very disappointed with this aspect and will not be renting if Vacasa is involved in the future. Everything else was great.

Great location

The condo was very clean and comfortable - could use better kitchen utensils and lids for pans and skillets and rice maker is dead. Pool, sauna and grills near pool were all great. There is one issue that needs to be mentioned - a urine odor on balcony from neighbor. This was addressed by on site property management and they sent a crew in and cleaned it up while we were there.

everything was great and i loved alll the amenities. the only thing is that there were many bugs in the bathroom and cockroaches which were scary since we are not used to them. There were many of them which was gross but other than that it was bearable.

Best view ever!!

This place had the best views. pool area was clean. great security- we always felt safe. rooms were very clean and spacious. walking distance to EVERYTHING!! i have been to honolulu three times, and this condo was the best one ive stayed at so far. great staff also- we had taxi service there within minutes every time we needed to go somewhere further than walking.

The only good thing about our recent stay was Maddie and Michael who worked diligently and in a professional manner, with respect and care to get us into another unit. Vacasa phone representative was absolutely horrible and showed no level of respect or care for the predicament we were faced with.

Nice place to stay.

The condo was very sparse, no pool or beach towels were provided. TV would not connect to the internet so we were not able to use it. Had to have the batteries changed in the door lock which took about 3 hours by the time the manager was able to get to us overall a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was nice and in a perfect beautiful area with stores, shops, and restaurants everywhere. We appreciated the view but their were a few things I wasn’t happy about. There was no broom or dust pan, we had a swiffer with no wet wipes, no cleaning supplies for the bathtub, some power outlets weren’t working. I was disgusted with the look of the box spring and suggest a bed skirt, the bathtub also started chipping after cleaning it as of they got a bad cheap resurfacing job. I also Wish their were somewhere to hang up our face towels etc in the shower, towel racks are ok but towels kept falling had to hang up in closet, wish we had a few beach towels or beach accessories. The property was nice just not accommodating to guest which was disappointing especially because I had my 2yr old son with us.

Very nice

This place is great. We live on Oahu and just wanted a staycation. On the 42nd floor that overlooks 90% of downtown. The sunset view and night view was amazing. Close the beach, shops and fabulous restaurants. The pool and hot tub were nice and the grilling area and grills were great. I will be booking it again for sure!
