The studio is located just steps away from the broadest and sandiest beach in Waikiki, world class shopping and dining.

The unit is remodeled, fully equipped studio condo with one full bath. Comfortable Queen size bed and mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep after a fun day in the sun.

There is a small, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, built-in electric smooth cook top and under-counter refrigerator if you prefer to enjoy some of the meals in the condo. Unit has AC, free wifi, wall mounted LCD TV. Please note that TV cable service is not included, however you can still connect your own streaming service to the TV.

You will enjoy beautiful views from your private lanai, overlooking Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, the ocean and Kapiolani Park. We also provide beach towels and beach chairs to use while staying at our unit.

Have your morning coffee, breakfast or afternoon drinks on the lanai and relax while enjoying the views.

You will also have access to the large sundeck with panoramic views on the 10th floor, a large laundry room in the basement, private pool and 24 hour front desk and security and boarding pass printing station.

There are many restaurants and cafés within walking distance from the building to choose from, as well as lots of shopping and nightlife.

Award Winning Teddy’s Bigger Burger is located on the first floor of the building, Starbucks to pick up your morning coffee is just steps away.

There are also many equipment rental shops to pick up snorkeling gear as well as a surf school. ABC and other convenience stores are just minutes away.

The neighborhood:

Outdoor activities are countless from this location. Restaurants and international shopping are bountiful nearby. Fast food to award winning dinning are all walking distance. Enjoy the unique Kapahulu Avenue for dinning and shopping with the locals. Hawaiian food, Hawaiian artifacts and Hawaiian clothing are all available withing walking distance. Two blocks from the public library and a botanical garden and a short distance to Diamond Head Theater or the Saturday Farmer's Market nearby Diamond Head at the Kapiolani Community College.


Transportation and Parking:

Bus stop is just steps away from the lobby. You can take the bus pretty much anywhere on the island, it is very convenient.

Parking is available in the building, the daily rate is $40+tax/day, and advance reservations are recommended due to limited spaces. There is also metered parking at the Zoo across the street as well as free parking around nearby Kapiolani park.
