The check- in and check- out was extremely quick which was perfect especially after flying for over 16 hours. The next morning we used the shuttle which was very convenient and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The location was nice, and the rooms were clean - the only issue we had was the shuttle service to airport was not available to us because 5am was busy time for shuttle so we had to find a taxi instead. That was ONLY reason we chose this hotel was because of the free shuttle service.

This hotel was surprisingly convenient to book with two young kids. The hotel has offsite dining options nearby and accommodated my request for a crib for a 14month old toddler. We were able to call a complementary shuttle to the hotel from the airport promptly.

Very old smelling and our bathroom smelled sour and mildew. There was a consistent water dip in the bath tub. Thankful that they gave us another room. Over priced room, definitely NOT worth $165 a night, $79 at best. An entire renovation is definitely needed.

When pool finally opened I went swimming. Pool was nice and big so I did some laps for about 10 minutes, opened my eyes a handful of times underwater. Got out and proceeded to have the worst chlorine stings to my eyes I have ever experienced. Eyes watering, in pain and could barely see for hours until I fell asleep. Was ok in the morning but it really sucked.

I have been to Honolulu seveal times and by far this was the best hotel that i have stayed at to date. My fiancée was very pleasantly surprised by the property. We definitely will stay there again.
