« Great customer service, always responded promptly if not immediately. Clean with everything needed for stay. The one small issue was that only one key card was provided so partner had to be let on the elevator/in pool if we were not always together. We did not ask, or request a second card so no fault of the host. Just be aware to indicate you need a second card. »

« I regret booking this apartment. It is not located on the beach as advertised, and it’s much farther from Waikiki Beach than expected, a 30-40 minute walk. The closest beach is near the Hilton hotel, a 15-minute walk away, but the bottom is rocky. The room itself is very small, and the building feels outdated. The elevator is slow and sometimes stops working when it’s windy (we had to walk down from the 37th floor). The toiletries were almost empty, we occasionally saw cockroaches in the sink,...

« There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! »

« Great place in Waikiki! So close to everything. Walk 5min to beach, dining, shopping. Beautiful views of the water. So easy to check in. Had everything we needed. So clean and neat with space for us and our luggage to just move in for the week. Easy parking onsite. Loved sitting on the lanai munching breakfast each morning watching the surfers. Walked to the beach for on-the-water sunsets every evening. Will stay here again. »

« Personnels très courtois, le choix de la chambre avec une superbe vue, le coffre fort, l'épicerie, la piscine, le sauna, l'espace bbq au 6eme trop génial et pratique plus l'eau potable fraîche à volonté et les machines à glaçons, le prêt des serviettes de plage et piscine. Vraiment rien a redire tout était génial. On aurait juste aimé au prix de la taxe de séjour que les personnels passent plus régulièrement dans la chambre car on a dû à chaque fois aller chercher les papiers toilettes, sacs...
