It is not easy to find a great place to stay while vacationing in Maui, there are so many possibilities to choose from. The good news is that you have just found one of the best. What we offer you is a beautiful condo in a great condo complex, with the perfect location on Maui. Our condo complex is now a smoke free.

This is not simply a rental condo but this is our second home and with that in mind our goal is to make our home one of the highlights of your holiday, not just a place to stay while on your vacation!! Finding the right place to stay on Maui is not easy, but when you do, it can change your entire holiday. When you first step into our condo, you will immediately realize that this is a very special place. It is not only a very beautiful condo, but we also have one of the best views on the island of Maui, sitting within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean and looking directly out at the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i. The view will remind you of why you came to Maui in the first place. Our condo is also very comfortable and nicely decorated. We have installed quality Natural Maple kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new appliances, full size Whirlpool washer and dryer, not apartment size, Quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, decorative ceramic tiles, a full condo air conditioning system, not just a window A/C unit and high speed wireless internet,
If you want to get away from the crowds, yet be close to all that Maui has to offer, you need look no further. Because our condo is located in a small condominium complex (only 18 units), you won’t have the large crowds of people to deal with that the larger condominium complexes and hotels have. In fact, most of the time, you will feel like you have the place almost entirely to yourselves. That is one of the many advantages of staying with us. You will be close to all that Maui has to offer and yet you can come back to our condo for a relaxing end of the day, or if you just want to relax, you can't find a better place stay. It really is Paradise!

Love this property! We were here during the Kona Storm and the condo had everything we needed to stay in, relax and enjoy! We didn’t need anything we didn’t have there! Appreciated the full size laundry option and the kitchen was stocked with the right supplies!The beds were sooooo comfortable. Will definitely stay again. We traveled with friends staying in 204 and it was awesome to open the door between both units lanai’s and go back and forth with ease!

Pros: The view is spectacular. Water is easily accessible for snorkeling. There are lots of rocks around the entrance to the ocean, which brings lots of turtles around each day. The lanai is a good size and the sliding doors open nice and wide to bring the outside in. Communication and responsiveness was great with the host. Check in was a breeze. Unit has A/C which was wonderful for a few afternoons when the temperatures were over 90. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the unit was clean with enough space for our family of 4. This condo is one of 10 units on the property, so it felt pretty private.Cons: Please note these are completely out of the owners control, but are worth noting. This complex is very close to the road and the road is busy and noisy. The windows in the master bedroom are older and therefore not as sound proof as newer ones potentially could be. The parking lot was difficult. Only rent a car if you are going as the ceiling is so low an SUV would not fit. Also because of the size, it was often difficult to park if the people across from you did not pull all the way into their spot or parked crooked.Overall, I would stay here again. This was our first time to Maui and we had a wonderful time.

Hidden gem with private beach and turtles!

If I could rate this condominium 15 stars out of 5 I would. Fantastic hidden gem, with convenient location to both Kapalua and Kaanapali. The unit itself was spotless and the view was absolutely unbelievable — including a private beach just for guests of the building! Pictures do it no justice. We’ve stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels on the island in the past; none of them have a view and access to the water quite like this place does. Property managers were super polite and friendly, too. We had everything we needed in the condo and made use of the building’s great amenities every day, with little reason to leave. On day one, we were greeted with a rainbow and on the subsequent days there were no less than 3 turtles in the water, playing right out front! We will be back for our next trip to Maui. Mahalo!

Amazing Condo in Paradise

We had the best stay. The property is beautiful and had everything that we needed for our week in Hawaii. Loved watching turtles (everyday at around noon) and the view from the lanai. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was responsive and the property manager was awesome. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, on the beach location away from the bustle of a large resort but still close to restaurants and shops this is the one.

Peaceful Beachfront Getaway with Stunning Views

We had a wonderful time at Hoyochi Nikko! The property is small, quiet, and private—exactly how we prefer to vacation, away from the crowds. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and most days, we had the pool entirely to ourselves.Although the beach was a bit rough since it’s winter, that didn’t stop my family from enjoying a swim and spotting turtles swimming nearby. The condo is exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.Mark was a fantastic host—informative, straightforward, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We’re so glad we had the opportunity to stay at this gem of a property.The highlight for us was the balcony with its wide-open view of the beach. We loved sitting out there, whale watching, and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend this property and hope to return someday! There are plenty of other sandy beaches and great eateries nearby to explore and enjoy as well.

Perfect Paradise

The condo is just about as perfect a location as one could ask for. The community is smaller and not crowded with people, it is close to several beaches and restaurants in the area. As it is right on the beach as well we were treated to beautiful sunsets, lots of sea turtles, and whales swimming by. The host and property manager were great to work with as well.I highly recommend this condo and I will stay here again on my next visit to Maui.

Christmas in Maui

When I was searching for a place for my family to stay, I knew that I wanted to be on the beach with a view. I saw a lot of places. They looked good, but I didn't get that gut feeling of "this is it, this is the place" until I saw this listing. The pictures don't even do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular. My family and I would just sit on the balcony for hours, just listening to the ocean. We saw humpback whales and sea turtles practically everyday. We even saw a seal from our balcony. It was amazing. The whole place was spotless and very clean. The one bathroom was just fine for the four of us. Kitchen had everything you could think of, and it was very well organized. The bedrooms were the perfect size, and the beds themselves were super comfy. The only thing I will say is that you can definitely hear the cars driving by the nearby road at night when you're in the downstairs bedroom trying to sleep. But if you buy some earplugs, I'm sure it would be fine. Other than that, the accommodations were pretty much, perfect.

Slice of Paradise

We stayed 6 nights in this welcoming condo that quickly felt like home away from home. Only 90ft from the ocean, when we weren't in the water, my husband and I enjoyed opening the sliding doors and listening to the ocean while we read or did a puzzle. Snorkeling right out back was the best choice we made as we got to witness the busy reef world and swim alongside sea turtles. A reasonable price for an incredible view and experiencing a slice of paradise!

Fantastic Gem!

We loved the central Beautiful location of this condo that is close to some of our favorite eats and beaches on the island. The grounds and private beach access won’t disappoint! Mark and his family have made it super comfortable and have thought of everything you need for an amazing day whatever you choose it to be. There is excellent info provided for activities or down time. The condo is clean and well taken care of but slightly dated-which we loved as is. Beware of the road noise at night in the master bedroom can be a bit loud. Most amazing Sunset view. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spectacular Property and View!

Wow, too hard to put the amazing view into words. There were sea turtles resting on the beach our first evening. The clear blue water and soothing ocean waves were relaxing, Palm trees that perfectly framed the back of the property and amazing sunsets would gently sway in the breeze. The property and back/pool area were very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had more utensils, pots/pans, towels, glasses, dishes, etc than we expected. We hope to come back and stay longer next time!

Maui vacation

Overall this condo hits all the marks ,the view is amazing, the atmosphere is awesome. Having the beach and pool so close is very nice. We loved how quite and comfortable the stay was, except the road the unit is on can be a little noisy. But definitely has been made to feel like home. Everything was stocked. We had a slight problem when we arrived , the unit had not been cleaned. We ran into the lady that cleans it and she made it right , they hurried and cleaned it while we went shopping for food ,and was very friendly. The owners took care of us as well. The bed upstairs was my favorite and very comfortable. We had amazing time and will definitely try to stay here again .

My Second Stay in Paradise

Luckily for me, this was my second stay this year at Mark's oceanfront condo. Perfectly situated, this condo is super clean and has all the amenities one could need. Including beach chairs, beach cooler and umbrella. The kitchen is very well equipped including salad spinner, Instapot, and electric frypan. As it was warmer in May than in January, was super great having the AC, when needed. The big sea turtles beached right out front and were seen daily. And the great news: Im returning in August!

An absolutely incredible time, relaxing and swimming in the ocean with turtles. They were present everyday and were so friendly! We also saw a monk seal and whales. Truly a vacation like no other.
