Best Place to be in Honiara!everything you need just in a walking Distance!even though the Place is just a basic!the lovely staffs & location makes it perfect!
Mostly Recommended it to anyone whom wish to visit or stay over for travel purposes!
A+++++++++++++++from me!
Conviently located, spacious rooms and worth the price, the only downside was that hotel guests and party goers use the same entrance especially when a party or entertainment is on - fridays and saturdays.
Internet didnât work in rooms, look clicking air conditioner, tram was finicky.
Itâs cheap and the country is rough over all. So, in a way, a safe place and relative the the country, ok
Room was very basic and needed a proper scrubbing. Hotel needs a lot of refurbishing - when it rains water is leaking in hallways and you can hear it in the room. Cable car had faults as well. No free internet in the room, only in lobby. Food nothing special in the restaurant. Staff is very friendly though.
The 2 stars are primarily for the amazing live polynesian dancing performance at the restaurant on the Friday night we stayed. The dancers were so energetic and fun! The hotel location is also very good.
I had a poor experience otherwise. In particular, the gym was truly abominable and the pool (much needed in the Honiara heat) was out of order during the first of 2 bookings I had made with no prior notice. When I requested to cancel my 2nd booking with a refund due to the facilities advertised not being available, the management refused. Really disappointing.
The rooms are basic and ok for the price, but the bathroom could be cleaner.
Place needs a real makeover. Just walking to my room up the stairs was unsafe as the timber steps looked and felted like they were going to break under my 90kg weight. Room smelled of mildew and was moist. Shower was filthy with black mold on tiled walls and the vanity needed replacing. TV reception was poor.
This was a terrible experience. Water service to the room was interrupted; room was not cleaned upon arrival and internet was non-existent in the room and awfully slow in the lobby. There are better options in Honiara.
