One of the best hotels we ever stayed. The service is truly outstanding throughout the whole hotel. Amazing! All the facilities are top of the bill. We especially liked the grand club.

I actually searched the hotel accommodation with great caution as I usually pay special attention to the stay experience. I finally decided to settle in Grand Hyatt, which is a huge mistake. The room is not sizeable and space is limited. The WC is closed with a solid door in which there was a strong stinky urine smell, which is so unacceptable for such a hotel that is listed as top 10 hotels. But if you want to walk to Wan Chai, it is very convenient as a city walk.

Absolutely amazing hotel, great location so close to MTR and restaurants/bars. Room was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Huge Pool and staff were very helpful, well equipped gym. Great champagne bar with an amazing pianist and singer. I would Highly recommend this hotel
