NEWLY REMODELED 2 BEDROOM 1 BATH COTTAGE THAT ALSO HAS A GREAT FULLY ENCLOSED PORCH LAKEFRONT ON HONEOYE LAKE WITH ALL NEW FURNISHINGS AND ALL NEW DRYWALL , NEWLY TILED BATH AND SHOWER ALONG WITH ALL NEW WOOD LAMINATE FLOORING AND FLAT SCREEN TV. THE PROPERTY IS ALL ONE LEVEL WITH A VERY FLAT LOT THAT IN ON 55 FEET OF BEAUTIFUL HONEOYE LAKE INCLUDING A DOCK FOR YOUR BOAT. THERE IS ALSO A NEW GRILL AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE TO ENJOY THE OUTDOORS AND GREAT VIEWS OF THE SURROUNDING BRISTOL HILLS AND LAKE. THE LAKE IS VERY QUIET AND RESTFUL WITH LITTLE BOAT TRAFFIC AS COMPARED TO THE OTHER FINGER LAKES. THERE ARE ALSO FREE CONCERTS IN THE TOWN GAZEBO ON FRIDAY EVENINGS STARTING IN JULY AS WELL AS A FARMER'S MARKET JUST PRIOR TO THE CONCERTS. FREE NIGHTS FROM 12/15-3/15. We came in mid October to enjoy a peaceful trip to see waterfalls and fall foliage.We started at Niagara Falls only a couple of hours to the VRBO. The location of this Cottage is perfect for visiting several places. We visited Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glen, Port Byron (Erie Canal), and other scenic sites. The cottage was quiet at night. We got up and enjoyed mornings at the cottage. Then spent time touring each day. The last day we went to the Corning Glass Museum. We did some wine tasting at nearby wineries and had dinner at local restaurants. Our evenings were mostly quiet, we could do laundry. It’s only about an hour an a half to the Buffalo airport. Great location! The owner always responded to quickly to our requests. We called twice to see about adding more days. Thankfully we were able to stay longer. We loved it!

We had a great week long stay at the lake side cottage. Location is great and has minimal boat traffic during the weekdays. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is supplied. Check in was simple and straightforward. We didn’t have any need to contact the host, but upon initial reservation Stephen reached out via email. We would definitely recommend staying at this VRBO to anyone looking for a great vacation getaway.

We loved the lakeside location, steps to the water, beautiful shade trees and peaceful setting. Great time on SUP and kayak. If you fish this is a great spot. Cottage clean and has anything you could need.Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Beds are best for those who like a firm mattress. Headed to nearby Letchworth Park- highly recommend!

Lovely and serene lake view home.

This property has a beautiful lake view with a fire pit to enjoy the serenity of the area. The space was warm and homey feeling. We really enjoyed our stay. My brother is handicapped and there was a very sweet lady named Cynthia who was working in the yard when we pulled in. She helped us with getting ramps for accessibility into the home.

True to description. Owner extremely conscientious about the details. Excellent communication with owner. We had a very pleasant stay while attending grandson’s HS graduation. It was a perfect place for all to gather and enjoy the peace and beauty of Honeoye Lake. Loved the front room with lake view. Will plan to stay again for next grandson’s graduation 2026. PS-Minor issue……consider longer window covering in master BD to keep room darker in AM ( coming from the late sleepers) 🙂

Great Experience

We stayed for a long weekend to view the Total Solar Eclipse. House was immaculately clean and orderly. Heat worked great! We brought groceries and had everything we needed at the house to make all meals. Loved the dining table in the front room with the wonderful view of the lake. Owner was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Very nice neighborhood, friendly people liked to stop and talk when we went for walks. Good selection of streaming choices. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great lake front home

Me, my wife and couple of our friends from Ontario met here. It was mid way for us. The house was just perfect. Ideal for 4-6 people. The house was well-stocked, clean and beautiful. Host was responsive. Had great time here. Will love to visit again.

Perfect location

The house was perfectly clean and well stocked with many everyday items! My husband loved being right on the lake, so he could fish every morning and evening. He caught many fish blue gil and bass mostly. This house is close enough to many cities/towns for exploring! We ventured north to Rochester, and south to Naples and Corning.
