'This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. 'The ability to get to restaurants etc in the harbour was poor as very long way down and steep climb up. No smart TVs no Spotify on Alexa and the request to leave apartment clean was unacceptable as would have better service from a hotel and the price paid was high end and expectations were not met.'
