Our rep David took care of everything! This was a GREAT house! The pool was so beautifully heated with a great hot tub. The house fit our family of 11 with 6 adults and 5 kids. The place was clean and soooo close to the beach! We rented golf carts to get around which was perfect.Kitchen had everything you need to cook all meals. Publix very close by. Pool area was amazing with a great gas grill. You can walk to some restaurants and stores nearby. Clean! Place was clean and you pay a steep cleaning fee which means you don’t kill yourself cleaning at the end of the week.Don’t hesitate with this one!

great location and close to the beach!!

The house is in a great location on the island and so close to the beach which we loved! The pool area was very nice and lots of shade which was appreciated after a day at the beach. The elevator was glitchy we called once for them to fix it and then came right away but sadly the next day it did the same thing. Not a huge deal but with 3 elderly parents with us the stairs were a bit of a challenge for them. Overall great and we would stay there again.

Awesome Family Vacation

Loved our stay at Two Pina Coladas! Great location only a block from the beach. All the amenities were amazing and as described - pool, hot tub, game room and bedrooms were awesome. We even had a new grill delivered by the property management on Independence Day. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Spring Break 2023

This is a fabulous property! Location is short walk to beach on a residential street. House is perfect for large families. Pool and outside area perfect for day and night family time. We loved our stay and would come back every year if possible!

Big, but shady beach house

Close to beach, but need a car to go everywhere else. Backyard of house was too shady for me. Couldn’t find sun in the yard or while in the pool. Only place that had sun was upper balconies. Safety alarms on back doors were good, but annoying for our group as we went in and out a lot. Overall it was a nice big house that could accommodate a family of 10 comfortably.

Family vacation

This property was even better than the pictures. Loved the pool and hot tub! So close to the beach, had everything you need to spend the day at the beach and return to watch the sunset in the evening. Communication with AMI locals was fantastic! Had a great week with my family!

Perfect winter getaway!

We can't wait to go back! We were in awe with the house from the moment we walked in the front door. It was spotless. Our family of 5 (three girls-18,21, and 23), plus two grandparents stayed with us. The elevator was a nice surprise (but came in handy to lug the luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floor). The kitchen had EVERYTHING one would need. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and beach/pool towels for everyone. The garage stores everything your family needs for the beach or pool (rafts, chairs, umbrellas, kites, skimboard). We loved the ping-pong table. There is a outside grill- spotless and we grilled several nights and sat outside on the patio to eat dinner and watch tv. The house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The beach is a short walk away. We rented a golf-cart to zip around the island. We can't wait to go back. Try the "Two-Pina Coladas" recipe that is in the kitchen :)

One week is not enough at two pina coladas!

This property was everything and more! Booking was easy, great communication with rental managers. We had our children, grandchildren and in-laws, it is the perfect family getaway. Looking forward to going back next year!! Had every amenity you could think of, the pool and hot tub were a big hit .a short two min walk, takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches . This is the perfect vacation spot♥️

Amazing Holiday Vacation

My children, grandchildren and I decided to start a holiday family tradition of our own this year. When my children were small we went to Captiva every year between Christmas and New Years. This year we started it up again and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house accommodated 4 children and 7 adults perfectly. A very short walk to the perfect beach plus a cute little pool and putting green in the back yard. The house was well taken care of, we can only say good things about it and the property. We loved the island and will be going back again next year!

The property and house was everything we thought it would be. It fit our family of 12 perfectly.

The week we rented we went through 4 days of Hurricane Eta. We loved the property and the beach. The 2 things of concern was the elevator had no instructions and did not work. The other is we heard from no one from VRBO during the storms.

Great beach house

Great house. Lots of room for everyone, we were a group of ten. Pool was wonderful. Nice to eat lunch outside while swimming. Game room kept kids busy. Easy 2 minute walk to beach.

Family Memories

I am now 42 and I have been coming to AMI since I was 5 years old. It was great to be able to bring my family back here again to share in memories on a short walk to the beach. Kids love the game room, and pool and it was non-stop live action for seven days while staying here: I would love to bring my family back, and stay in this house. Amazing

We loved everything about this house. Our favorite part was the private pool. It’s beautiful and private. The kids could swim in their underwear and no one would ever see. The house is very close to the beach and the walk is super easy. There is no crossing of busy streets to get there. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. We did have to buy our own trash bags, seasoning and condiments. There are lots of towels. We ended up not even using our own. The only negative I can say about the house is the car noice, as others have mentioned. The first day we were there, it really bothered me, but then you kinda get used to it. It is a wonderful house and I definitely recommend!

Completely remodeled great home!

First of all I just want to say that we had a great time at Two Pina Coladas. The house was clean, big, spacious and completely remodeled!! The location of the house being very close to the beach was really nice and made it easy for all of us to walk to even with younger kids. We would definitely stay at Two Pina Coladas again and I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a getaway to AMI! The only down side to this house even though it wouldn’t be a deal breaker for us to stay here again is that even with the location being really close to the beach which is really nice, it is also right next to Gulf Drive which is a really busy road ecspecially between the hours of 7:30-5:00. But overall the road noise didn’t really bother us to much because when you have 6 kids in a pool playing you don’t even hear the road noise anymore. Lol

Fun family reunion house

We stayed at two pina coladas in July 2018 with 7 adults and 5 children. We loved that everyone had their own room with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen and family room area accommodated all of us to hang out and not feel like we were on top on one another. The backyard and pool is so pretty but the tropical jungle landscape was a perfect environment for mosquito heaven. We got eaten up all morning, day and evening. I called management on what we could do to make it more manageable and they offered to buy a bunch of citronella candles and bug spray for the property. I appreciate the effort but I guess I know to avoid that type of scenery next time in this season. Anything else we needed from the management was addressed, a broom, batteries for remotes, light bulbs, etc. The short walk to the beach was nice and the outdoor shower was a great touch. We enjoyed our stay for sure!

Very enjoyable!

We had an excellent time! 12 of us fit comfortably---plenty of bed space and bathrooms to accommodate all. 2 washer/dryers helped to keep us in fresh towels. The pool area was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was perfect to come and go as you please. The location was perfect to get on & off the island or run up the street to the grocery store about a half mile away. As advertised, for sure! The only things to note, which would not deter us from returning at all, is that the property is right on Gulf Drive, so there's some traffic noise. also, if you plan of having drinks poolside, make sure you have a cooler packed and situated by the pool area. The kitchen is 1 level up and is the only refrigerator to store enough food & drinks for 12 people.

Spring break for family

House was adequate but needed some TLC. Pool was very nice a little slow on maintenance for hot tub. Quite a bit of road noise. Very close to beach. Overall enjoyed the vacation.
