Perfect vacation rental!

This was the perfect house for our family. We loved that each bedroom had the king size bed and our bathroom. The kids loved the “kids room”. The house had the perfect layout. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Great location, close walking distance to the beach!

Our Portside Paradise stay could not have been any better!

Our Portside Paradise stay could not have been any better! We have stayed there now multiple years and every time we are amazed at how the owners and/or Seabreeze keep the house looking beautiful! Over the years we've been staying there we've seen them update the sofa, turf, the golf cart, the washer and dryer, add putt putt, a new fridge this year as well as new floats, boogie boards and beach chairs! They keep things pristine and as many homes would digress over the years of renters, this home continues to impress! We love it so much and SeaBreeze is a pleasure to work with! So easy to contact, on top of things, considerate & kind! This vacation made for some priceless memories!

Overall a great property that I recommend.

Spent a week here with my extended family, including two older kids and an infant. SeaBreeze was very accommodating, coordinating baby items and groceries waiting for us when we arrived. Just a short walk to the beach for many mornings looking for shells, building castles, or enjoying the surf. Pool was a nice escape and way to get out of the sun in the afternoon. Overall great property with space for everyone! Would highly recommend.

A Beachside Retreat

The property was in a phenomenal location -one block to the beach and easy to walk to which was the highlight.Unfortunately, the weather was not fantastic during our two week stay so we did utilize the home quite a bit more than we usually would.There were many issues that arose throughout the two weeks, but the Seabreeze management was very responsive to our needs. Kitchen could be better stocked and hot tub at a higher temp.Overall I would recommend the property due mostly to the location.

Amazing Getaway

Portside Paradise is a phenomenal home to vacation in! We love the beautiful poolside where they just added a new mini golf hole the kids loved! The trip to the beach is a short walk & 6 of our party enjoyed fun golf cart rides to & from! There were some problems while we were there. It was disappointing because not all were able to be fixed during our stay, however SeaBreeze did send out maintenance to try. The kitchen, beds, bathrooms & view all equaled an amazing getaway we won't forget! :)

We've been vacationing on AMI for 10 years & this was our first time booking through SeaBreeze. We were very pleased & Portside Paradise was beautiful! We loved the floors, layout, cleanliness, decor & amenities! Any issue we did have, SeaBreeze staff was sincere in their desire to do what they could to make sure it was addressed to ensure an excellent stay! The maintenance men were considerate too! We also greatly appreciated the paper products & soap provided! We hope to book again soon!! :-)

Nice stay

Our group stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our time. Short walk to beach access and we really enjoyed the pool. The hot tub never got warm so that was a bit of a disappointment. The house could use a good cleaning (fans, light fixtures, mold in washing machine, etc) and the kitchen was not well equipped (we had to go to the store to buy a can opener and oven mits). Having the kids loft area was great! All adults enjoyed their bedrooms with connected bathrooms. We were happy the house had some beach chairs, pool floats, etc.

Thanksgiving Family Trip

The best part of this house is the location. You are very close to everything. House looks a little nicer in pictures than what we experienced. In our opinion, house needs a complete deep clean. We read previous reviews and made sure to completely inspect house prior to our week getting started. I am glad we did - because all of the items I contacted the management about they were unaware of. Also, we had three cars and it was a little tight for us to fit. The other main problem is the parking police. If you do not have your car parked the correct way in your driveway - you will be ticketed $75. It's really ridiculous as they drive by everyday to try and make money. The house is nice and we enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to next year.

Poorly Maintained

Although this is a lovely property, it is poorly maintained. The location, pool, and house (particularly the individual bathrooms) were beautiful. However, the dirt, wear and tear, and lack of upkeep were disappointing. I will try to attach photos of the dilapidated beach chairs, dirty fixtures, broken television, a giant crack in the sliding glass door, an extremely moldy washing machine, and the missing bedroom door handle. We were a group of adults celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. This was not the luxurious vacation we had planned. Note: The workers from Seabreeze were friendly and did their best to "fix" things, but these issues should have been taken care of before our stay. Who wants to spend their vacation with almost daily calls and meetings with maintenance?

Perfect layout for 4 couples/3families. Feels larger than most 4bedrms w/extra baths & 4 twin beds are really helpful. House was spotless. Plenty of bath towels & beach towels. Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 6 bikes and beach cart were super useful. Rent a golf cart!

Great Pool

The pool and hot tub were wonderful. However, the kitchen was not well-equipped given the cost of the house and the furniture throughout was not adequate. You could not watch television comfortably in the Great Room and the bedrooms did not contain any dressers. One 'bedroom' did not even contain a closet to store luggage and clothes.

Christmas vacation

We had a great time at this property Called Portside Paradise Plenty of room very nice kitchen very nice washer and dryer heated pool and hot tub block and a half from the beach lots of beach toys and umbrellas with wagon to take them to the beach and six bicycles. Easy check in and check out. Well equipped kitchen. Starter supplies. Would definitely stay again, area is very nice as is Holmes Beach. Five stars

House was beautiful

House was beautiful and each bedroom with a king bed and bathroom was perfect for our family. The backyard/pool area was beautiful and perfect for families. The house was close walking distance to beach. My only suggestion to future renters: we rented a golf cart and parked parallel on the driveway, fully off the road, but received a $75 parking ticket for parallel parking in the wrong direction, please don't make the same mistake. After we left, there was damage discovered to a door that we were unaware of, it was in the bedroom that our 7 year old and 2 year old grandchildren slept in and they only used it for sleeping so we never pulled the curtains back or unlocked the door to the patio in that room. I was completely unaware of damage but the damage fee would not cover it since we vacated the property and did not report it, we had to pay out of pocket. I would suggest any renter to fully examine every room and take photos before leaving the property. Even with those 2 issues, I would highly recommend the property.
