The bedrooms in this home rental are beautifully decorated and include 2 Kings, 2 Queens, and 1 Twin-over-Twin bunk bed (located in the den) with plenty of space for up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and there are 4 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in closet with the second bathroom on the 3rd floor is shared between the other two bedrooms and has a tub. The second bedroom on the main floor has a private bathroom and the last is shared with the first bedroom and living area.

The open concept living area is spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is upscale with all the amenities of home plus upscale Thermador appliances and a wine cooler - and a fantastic backsplash that glitters in the Florida sunshine. ***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted.
