'Very nice house and pool. Very easy to get in touch with the property manager and they were very responsive. Very nice neighborhood, easy and pleasant walk to the beach. we did bring some of our own kitchen utensils such as a slow cooker and large pots. The propane grill worked fine but needs a good cleaning of the outside. Our family enjoyed the stay and we had a great time.'

'My wife and I spent a month (Jan. 2024) at Royal Poinciana in the Hollywood lakes area. We had a nice stay. As listed, the rental is a remodeled old Florida home. The appliances and home furnishings are medium grade. A Hot Tube is listed as an amenity but there is none. 'Had a great time at this rental. It was clean, management responded quickly and they didn’t have a laundry list of things we needed to do before we left. If I could give any pointers to the management company- I would tell them that an upgrade in the towels would really elevate the high end feel of this rental.
