« Très confortable hôtel de la gamme Hilton. Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. La porte de la chambre en se fermant fait TROP de bruit, comme toutes les portes des chambres apparemment. Faites quelque chose pour amoindrir ce fort claquement. Il faut améliorer et diversifier le petit déjeuner ( plus de fromages, charcuterie entre autres ). Et n'oubliez pas le haggis car nous sommes encore en Ecosse ! »

« This property is in bad need of an update. The carpets are worn. The walls are damaged and dirty. The bathroom in our room had numerous odors emitting from it at different times of the day - something skunky, something sewer-like and just plain mildew. The floor was worn and waterlogged. « Truly fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious and well decorated, the breakfast is amazing and the show dinner at their restaurant has nice food and entertainment. The hotel feels brand new and good looking and the location is nice to reach Glasgow quickly but also to head up elsewhere with the motorway. »

« The actual room was fairly clean with a decent shower and toilet and good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the main road. The building and surroundings are very run down, I wasn't even sure the pub was open to go in and collect the key as the windows had bars on them and the hanging sign was empty. Needs a bit of a paint job. Parking was dodgy, surrounded by bins, rubbish and just not very clear where to park. »

« L'accueil et le souci de répondre à nos demandes ont été très agréables. La chambre 303, située sous le toit, était correctement équipée, mais le vasistas ne fermait pas bien, les matelas rappelaient qu'ils avaient des ressorts, la pression de la douche était faible. Ces points pourraient être améliorés, mais nous gardons toutefois un bon souvenir de notre séjour. »
