NO STEPS! Our Coastal Ranch is as peaceful as it gets. 3 Bedrooms & 2 Full Baths with an outdoor shower. It sits on a corner lot lined with Palm Trees. We offer a four-season rental! When you walk in the door you'll know you deserved this vacation. It's full of Clean & Cozy. We are only 6 minutes from the beach and located right before you cross the bridge. This home provides easy access for parents, grandparents and kids with plenty of front and backyard to play in and located in a cul-da-sac. I'm easy to reach, anytime.

Beautiful home, great location

The house is very comfy and cozy with everything needed for a delightful week. We were there for a week during a tropical storm so we spent a lot of time inside. The beds are firm and comfortable. The sofa is huge. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was immaculate. We hope to rent this property the next time we visit Topsail Island.

Perfect for visiting family

My brother lives in Hampstead, and this house was the perfect location while we were visiting. We had four adults and one child staying overnight. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and appliances were newer and in working order. My son loved playing with the wooden blocks he discovered in the closet. As the listing says, there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. Tammy was very responsive and accommodating when I had questions about modifying our reservation dates and when checking out. We'll be looking to stay here again the next time we visit.

Spring Break with family

My son lives in Hempstead so we were looking for something close to him. This was the perfect place! There are three close grocery stores near by and a fourth 2.5 down the road. Beach is 2 min away by car, plenty of restaurants close by too! We will stay here again when we come back to visit …. If it’s available! The host was super easy to get a hold of and communication with her was great!

Wedding Week

Lovely home! We were in town for our daughters wedding and wanted to be close by (we were 1 minute from her). The house is cozy and comfortable. It was nice to arrive and find paper products (TP/paper towels) already there as well as kitchen soap and laundry detergent. There were even basic seasonings on hand. We will be staying again:)

Check in was simple and the property was in a perfect location for us. Cleanest Rental!

Definitely the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Master bed is soft if you like that. Well stocked and a safe neighborhood. Full size washer and dryer was nice to have. There was a gnat issue coming from unused drain but I guess bugs are a thing of the South and owner responded promptly. Overall a great place.

A Great Vacation!

My husband, granddaughter, the dog and I stayed at this lovely home for 5 nights. The layout was great and being all on one level was a huge bonus and a big reason that we chose this property. Our knees were quite appreciative! The home is very close to the beach areas yet the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The amenities provided were more than adequate and we were quite comfortable. It rained the last two days so we stayed in and were quite content. If I ever plan to visit this area again, I will check this property first.
