This home has a golf simulator, private hot tub, & private outdoor sauna. All 8 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, blackout shades, and ceiling fans which means you can make the most of the vacation and sleep in as late as you want! Take four steps up off parking right in front of the house into the main lighted entrance and look through the home to take in the terrific lake views. Into the home the foyer has two bedrooms, the first is a primary bedroom Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, desk with private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has another Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, and en-suite bathroom that is accessible from both the bedroom and the hall. Down the hall to the back of the house is a laundry closet with the first washer & dryer, then a fully stocked kitchen for 20 with quartz countertops, a 6' Restoration Hardware dining table seating 12, and countertop seating for 9 more. The living room is right off the dining area and has a large sectional couch that takes in the lake views, enjoys the fireplace, and be entertained on the 85" TV. Out the sliding glass door to the lighted patio there is a private outdoor sauna with spectacular lake views accommodating 6, a Weber bbq grill, 14' of outdoor dining tables and chairs to accommodate 16 people. The LED patio lights provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxing on the sofa or having dinner with a view. Down in the basement is a family and game room there is a Full Swing golf simulator, large putting green, and another 85" TV. Down the hall there is full bathroom with shower, a main laundry closet with a second set of washer & dryers (Samsung, top load), and 2 more bedrooms. The third bedroom has a Thuma king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has another Thuma king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower. Out the sliding door from the family room there is a second lighted patio with an Aquaterra Hot Tub for 6 people and an outdoor ping pong table. Down the stairs off the patio to the garden there is a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, a play structure for kids, and a shaded space to play yard games like corn hole. Heading up to the upper level there are four more bedrooms; the fifth is a primary bedroom with another Thuma king size bed, desk and chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The sixth bedroom has a Thuma king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a twin race-car bed sleeping 1, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. In the hallway between bedrooms there is a laundry closet with a stackable Samsung washer & dryer for convenience. The seventh bedroom has excellent lake views with a Thuma king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a day bed sleeping 1, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The eight bedroom also has excellent lake views with a Thuma king size bed with a memory foam mattress, two bunk beds sleeping 4, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. This home is located in the Rocky Shore Association which has communal indoor pool and outdoor pool for our guests use.
