Loved the pool. It was heated!! Went fishing with the kids right out the door. 5 blocks from town an easy walk. Plenty of room in the condo. Used the fireplace and it was lovely. A little noisy to be expected with condos facing each other with families but overall I’d do it again for sure.

There truly couldn't be a better location in Saugatuck. We were able to walk to town, had access to a clean, warm pool and watched gorgeous sunsets. The house was clean and everything worked. My only recommendation would be to add beach towels and beach-ready items since we flew from out of town to explore the area and having those on hand would have been nice. But HIGHLY recommend.

Summer family time

We have stayed here a couple of years ago, so we knew what to expect. Plenty of room, clean, comforts of home. The kids love the pool! We cooked in plenty. We walked to downtown. Did the dune ride, mini golf, Oval Beach. Located close to everything including a grocery store. Highly recommend this condo for your next vacation!

We came to Saugatuck and got married at Virtue Cider. The place is beautiful and the views were spectacular. Easy walk to downtown and quick drive to Oval Beach and Douglas.

Perfect Location

This location is perfect - right between Saugatuck and Douglas. We rented bikes and got to everything we wanted to do. 5 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck. The property is very well kept and clean in a quiet community. Check in and check out were super easy. We had 5 people and that was about the most you could have (2 in bunk beds).

The condo was clean and cozy. We loved that our patio opened to the courtyard with pool. The view was beautiful of the Lake. It has everything we needed for our stay. The only nitpicking would be they could use more patio furniture, like a table, and a grill! Overall we enjoyed our experience and would stay there again in the future!

We very much enjoyed our time. Arrival/check-in was seamless. The place was clean, comfortable, and provided great access to downtown Saugatuck as well as a nice view of the harbor. We would certainly consider coming back.

Perfect get away from the city!

Our three night stay in Saugatuck was the perfect getaway from the city. The townhouse was clean, cozy and the perfect way to spend time with family for the holiday weekend. The fireplace provided a place to gather for games and a warm up after a brisk walk from town. The view from all the windows was one of calm and provided a wonderful view of the sunset on a chilly evening. We will definitely visit again- next time taking advantage of the water and pool in the warmer months. Thanks Kevin!

Great location and comfortable stay

We enjoyed the property's proximity to town and loved the walk to shops, meals, and more. The condo was just as described and when we noticed there was no dishwasher soap, the property manager brought us a few tabs to get us through the weekend. The views from the porch/balcony were lovely and we very much enjoyed the stay.
