Our 2 bedroom unit has its own private balcony as well as an open floor plan. It overlooks Ottawa Beach Road and the woods beyond. Both bedrooms have a King size bed. The unit also has a kitchen with high-end appliances. This unit also has a washer and dryer.
Located of the North size of Lake Macatawa, this unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished weekly vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. The unit is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Grand Banks Yacht Sales and Capital Harbor Investments. Also located on property by the pool is LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLo’s is an outside dockside eatery with waterfront views, good eats and frozen drinks!
Our heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in September.
Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths.
OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.
Check-in time is 3pm on the start date of your stay and Check-out is 11am.

Easy check in. Great pool. Wonderful to have a resteraunt and convenience store on the same lot. Clean, and cool place. Didn't think we would use the balcony as much as we did, but it was great to have a space to be loud and eat/drink/talk also being near the kiddo when sleeping/napping. The location was so close to many fun activities. The arrival basket was a nice surprise and also full of helpful things for beach days.

Grammy's bucket list trip
My extended family used 2 units. As a Grammy with adult children and grandchildren this was ideal. I have severe lung disease and needed local oxygen delivery for use during my stay. Chrissy was wonderful and all staff were diligent in coordinating my oxygen supply. Units were almost wheelchair accessible but easy with a rollator walker. Toilets were standard height but manageable. Everything felt clean and fresh and made for a very enjoyable week.

Enjoyed our trip!
Place was very clean and exactly as pictured. Biking /walking path across the street that takes you to the beach, the General Store (with great ice cream), to pick blueberries (in July), and go paddle boarding. Pool area was nice and larger than expected with lots of lounge chairs. We had a street/parking lot view which was a bit louder but never annoyed us or kept us up. About 30 minutes from Saugatuch which we did as an evening trip.

Impromptu getaway
We appreciated the convenient store on the property and the hours that it was open. The condo itself was as stated. Our one concern was that the lighting in the kitchen/dining area was soooo dim. The wall sconces were all pointed up to the high ceiling and made it crazy dim in the great room. I would def. change this asap. Also...someone kindly left us a half eaten gallon of ice cream in the freezer. :)

Holland Macatawa laid back fun
Great place for good times! Loved most of the time was quiet. Felt like we had our own place and space, even with being at a multi unit property. Loved having a spacious balcony and kitchen to make a meal. Biked and did beach, enjoyed it all!
Thanks for a great place! Confusion of checking in when the details of booking says check in after 3 but they called to say office was closing before 5P so it was hard to know if we only had an hour window for checking in? Pool is clean and nice size! On super hot sunny day some umbrellas would make it absolutely perfect. Loved the beautiful marina views and being close to Lake Michigan is awesome spot to stay

Great Condo
We booked this condo at the 11th hour to take a quick family trip somewhere close to the beach. The condo is very close to the beach, ice cream, parks and playgrounds. The common areas at the marina including the pool and play areas were clean. Restaurants/downtown Holland was a 10 min drive and Saugatuck is 20 min. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4.
The beds and pillows were even comfortable (not typical w previous rental experiences) We had a roadside until and the road is a
little loud sometimes, but for the most part
it was pretty quiet. You can not hear anyone else in the building either. We would rent here again.

Great place to stay!!!
We had a wonderful stay at Yacht Basin Marina!!! The location was great and our young kids loved the pool and playground!!! The stateroom was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed!!! Highly recommended!!!

Our staterooms were all beautiful.
This was our second time visiting The Staterooms. We were there three years ago. Amazingly well kept and in very good condition. We found the nearby beach to be beautiful and plenty of water sports for the grandkids. We also found some excellent restaurants, shopping in downtown and even blueberry picking nearby. The staff was helpful. We would definitely return.
