« Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The moment we entered room 118, we were hit with an absolutely horrific smell. I cannot overstate how bad it was. It smelled like urine, must, and like a homeless man had been sleeping in the room. I immediately went to the front desk and asked if all the rooms smelled like this. The employee seemed shocked that I was reporting such a strong odor.
He moved us to room 320 but it smelled the same. We tried to make it work for about 30 minutes...

« The lobby staff was really great. The kitchen staff were super helpful and would often put things back before that was time to start putting things back.
The room had stains on the wall and part of the microwave was broken. Also, there were some rusty spots, but everything worked fine. Just very dated. »

« Rooms were very clean, staff friendly professional and polite, breakfast was not good at all except the coffee. Never received any room cleaning. The one day she came we were getting dressed and asked her to come back in 30 minutes, we went out to eat and explore but when got back nothing had been done so we went down to the front desk to get clean towels and trash bags, which the front staff was very obliging. « The staff at checking greeted us and was very friendly and helpful,
The room suite was clean l and had plenty of room the only complaint was the sofa bed, it was really not comfortable to sleep, you can feel the springs and the mattress was worn.
I Will stay there again just not in the suite with a sofa bed. »
