'Booked via Expedia. In the notes were details of service dog. Got refused by the property at check-in for having a service dog.'

'Location ocean view rooftop deck.'

Long Beach Island in New Jersey.

'Our stay was Sept 28-Oct 1 We had such a pleasant stay here. We were enjoying it so much we would have stayed longer if time allowed. We had an ocean front room and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony; we could sit and listen to the waves, watch the activities of beach life. We got to see beautiful sunrises, beautiful skies. The room was clean and provided everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. No complaints. The staff at the front desk were courteous and...

'I just returned from a lovely stay in a lavish bay suite. When we checked in, it was a little weird because we waited for the valet for a while before going into the garage and self-parking. It turned out that the valet is only there on weekends during the off-season. I prefer to self-park, but it would have been nice if there had been some type of sign to let us know. We also found that the first room we were assigned to had a really annoying sound. Nick from the front desk was wonderful - he...

'Whole stay was during a nor'easter; amenities such as pool not available yet facility charged resort fee and increased rates for weekend. Would have thought there would have been some consideration for the weather conditions such as waiving the resort fee or not increasing weekend rate. Also facility only cleans once in every seven days; not good'

'Zeer goed hotel'

'Considering we booked on a Tuesday for that Friday,.. the room received was excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous.. an easy walk to the beach. The pool was nice. I would definitely go back.'

'Great property'

'Personeel is heel service gericht. '

'If you have kids below 18 not ideal as the gym and pool have age limitation. Nothing to do on walking distance.. The hotel itself and rooms are great ... also the dinner options are great. '

'Nice, clean.'

'Excellent room'
