« Worst hotel night ever. The only reason why people should book this hotel is because they have one of the most beautiful onsen in Japan, just on the side of the river.
That night, the Typhoon Jebi had just passed over the hotel and when we arrived, there was not power or water anymore.
I canât blame them for that but we had to spend the night in total dark, without bathroom, with nothing to eat and of course no access to the onsen.
What I can blame them for is that there was no...

« A very nice hotel in remote location. Great buffet for dinner and breakfast. Huge guest rooms with direct view up to the ocean. Evening fire bowl under clear sky. Excellent staff. Strongly recommend »

« A big thank you to the employees who took care of us! Indeed, they took the time to completely change our evening meal in order to adapt to our dietary restrictions without having to pay extra. Despite the language barrier, because the staff do not speak English very well, our requests have all been treated with the utmost care.
The room was up to the prestige of the hotel with impeccable hygiene!
