Ik vond het personeel genaamd thuc en de personeel erg behulpzaam .Dit hotel is echt een aanrader! en ze geven ook tours.

The hotelroom we had was clean and tidy when we checked in. Overall, the hotel looks very nice. The cleaning service is very good. The rooms are not fully sound-proof, depending on your neighbours this can be an issue. The service is sometimes a bit late. It could be that the hotel is a bit understaffed. Some amenities were not replenished on a daily basis (as promised). But, when we asked or contacted reception, the staff was very kind, helpful and understanding. They would send someone to help right away.

Zo, zo......
Hotel behoeft enige renovatie, de ramen sluiten heel slecht in de kamers en daardoor heel veel last van het drukke verkeer van de wegen voor het hotel en bevordert de nachtrust dus niet!!!. Het ontbijt was niet echt super en alles een beetje armoedig en geen frisse uitstraling. De matrassen zijn erg hard dus daardoor geen comfort bij het slapen. Een goede schoonmaak beurt zou voor het gehele hotel ook geen overbodige luxe zijn. Wat wel helemaal super is, is de Skybar....een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Het zwembad is klein maar wel even lekker om fris te worden en te luieren....

Een goed bed en zwembad
fijn hotel met zwembad, goede bedden, waarbij de kamers met rivierzicht (de duurdere kamers) een mooier uitzicht hebben. De standaardkamers kijken vaak uit op "troep", vreselijk uitziende gebouwtjes. Geen plezier om uit het raam te kijken.

Fijn hotel met zwembad
Dit hotel is gelegen op een goede locatie en met een goedkope taxi ben je snel in andere delen van de stad. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze de luxe kamer met uitzicht op de rivier was erg comfortabel. het was 35 graden toen we er waren en het zwembad was heel erg fijn.

Het uitzicht van het hotel was op een stortplaats, waarbij je letterlijk de ratten kon tellen. Airport service gereserveerd, maar niemand die je kwam ophalen. Ik zou dit hotel zeker geen 2e keer boeken.

In het zwembad konden wij even heerlijk relaxen in het water en op de ligbedden. Even de drukte van de stad ontvluchten!

Excursie balie rekende ons een viervoudig bedrag aan van de werkelijke prijs. Betaalden een stukje terug. Onvolledige en onjuiste communicatie over verloop van transport. We verbleven er twee keer met enkele dagen tussentijd. De expliciete vraagvnaarvkamers met douche ipv bad werd niet bijgehouden dr management. Ze wilden dat we een surplus betaalden .deden we niet en kregen uiteindelijk een upgrade .

The property is old and outdated. They have a bar with loud music on the top floor. We are on the 11th floor and can head all of the noise. I don't recommend staying here.

I stayed in a private room for 4 nights. The room was equipped with a bed, sofa, mini kitchen, shower, etc., so I could sightsee during the day and spend the night comfortably in the room. Cleaning was done every day, and the towels in the room were changed, so it was clean.

The hotel is located in a convenient area of district one. There is no shortage within short walking distance of many many places to sample Ho Chi Minh cities street food. My room was very clean and modern with ample space and a nice desk for working. There is a nice pool, and on the rooftop a nice bar with panoramic views of the city really beautiful spot.

Overall Good hotel, check-in was easy, staff were friendly and room was mostly clean (shower had writing on Glass...meh) and was comfortable, no complaints but also no stand-outs. Would stay here again.

The view from up stairs was great which earns 3 stars. The room was ok , our shower was broken , the pool was a bit dirty your unable to see through the glass. Breakfast was great the first day - however the second day there was bearly any food it had ran out. Lastly the aircon is quite weak. You also only get one room key so all amenities turn off when you leave and your room heats right back up.

A big giant NOPE for this place, I’m writing this review as I just got here and the first hour so far has been a nightmare. First of all: NO ONE WARNS YOU ANYWHERE you have to pay up front a “security deposit” of 500k, I know sketchy places have this policy which most of us see as red flag, but this place didn’t mention it and I just found out as I got here. The A/C is managed by a console but it needs to be setup by the staff I was told, so I can’t setup my own weather in here, oh and as you can see on the attached pictures, the “console” is barely visible and the A/C doesn’t really work, the place is NOT clean, hairs under the sheets, grease all over the glass surfaces, cockroaches running around at night, and I was staying on the 11th floor… oh and as of right now the whole front is under construction.

Very close to Russian Market. Not too far from restaurants and other markets. Many other restaurants in District 1 are within 20 minutes walk or 5-10 minutes Grab ride.

The bed sheets/blankets, old, discolored, smelly. The smelly bed and mats made it very difficult for me to sleep. The hallway/elevators are very dirty and smell, look like they never mop. It was misleading on the ad. They post the price for regular hotel room, but when I checked in they said it was a capsule hotel room. That mean, I have to share public bathroom with other peoples. Then, I have to pay extra 800 K VND (about $40) dollars to upgrade to a room with bathroom inside. I wouldn't come back to this hotel.

Location is great and the staff friendly but the bed was super hard (no box spring) and hot water ran out after the first day we were there (stayed 3 nights total), small pool area for the size of the hotel.

The Arrivals Hotel is a great place to stay At reception Thanh Tam gave great hospitality service and always there to answer any questions you may have.i had a studio room it had everything there for a better experience stay. The breakfast was ok but could improve with more variety of foods. Laundry Facilities around the corner Night clubs and Restaurants and walking to bui vien 7 minutes walk from hotel and not forgetting to mention Sy Thuc the bellman gave everyone a great smile and always greeted you as you entered the hotel I strongly recommend this place as it has great and accessible to everything you require
