Perfecte locatie met geweldige rooftop bar, personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Hotel zelf is heel mooi. Lobby is netjes en personeel zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijt was zeer goed. Locatie ook. Teamsong van het hotel best briljant. Echter de kamer zelf was niet fijn. Nogal gedateerde badkamer en stoffige kamer. Bed was verschrikkelijk. Enorm hard. Alsof je op de grond sliep. Nogal bizar voor een 5 sterren hotel. Na drie nachten enorme pijn in de rug. Ook stopcontacten zijn ver te zoeken. Na een zoektocht 1 stopcontact gevonden achter een gordijn op de vloer... restaurant op de begane grond was goed. Vooral de ijskoffie! Rooftopbar heel leuk om iets te drinken. Eenmaal gegeten. Dat was niet goed. Nasi zo heet dat een Thaise er zelfs van zou moeten huilen en een makreel waarmee je een ruit kan intikken. Jammer. Al met al mooi uitziend hotel op een goede locatie maar zeker geen 5 sterren.

Everyone in this hotel where very nice and good people, only one person in front desk need to reminded that this is 5 star hotel and people staying their they are not worry for few dollars at the checkout. His name was Harry and look like he was working for big accounting firm like Kpmg. I told hem 5 times just charme for the little bottle of we took the more expensive one instead of waiting for some one going to the room to check out. Also you need to hire a good cook, food was not 5 star hotel. Thanks
