'The property was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and excellent explanations. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.
The hot spring was also really nice. They change the men's/women's periodically, so make sure to experience both!
I especially appreciated the fine touches that gave me a small smile - the same artist who made the flower vases also made the coffee cups in the lounge :) And the coffee was excellent.'

'Amazing and helpful staff, my room on the first day was a little warm, even with my card inserted, not too sure if the AC was on or was a little slow, but the next day it was perfectly fine. It’s a charming and outdated hotel, but the location and the hospitality make up for it. Also, I’m glad that they accommodated me for the Attack on Titan room. Thanks to the staff, I’ll be sure to visit again.'

'From the very start the staff was very nice, even though we weren't the best tourists. We stayed a short time, and in that tike the staff was friendly, despite our Faux Pas and were willing to help us with arranging luggage forwarding.
The room we booked was very clean and offered coffee, tea, and ice water in our rooms which we were free to use. The mats we slept on we comfortable and had plush blankets that almost kept us TOO warm during the cool Spring nights.
