'Goed hotel enkel een groot nadeel is dat er maar 1 toilet is voor 10 kamers waar ook de douche in staat en dat is s'morgens heel lastig.'

'Our children where sick during the 3 days we stayed at this accommodation. One of them even puked on the door step when we arrived. The owners where very understanding and even cleaned it up for us, later also washed our clothes for a small fee. Since we couldn’t go out much we spend a lot of time in the apartment which was not punishment at all. The kitchen is well equipped and there are even small amounts of coffee, thee, milk/sugar which we found great since you don't need to buy bigger...

'We enjoyed the location. We saw the northern lights and there is a hottub. The bathroom was clean and the people were nice. '

'Check in was very easy (lock with a pre-send code). Parking was extremely easy, right in front of the building next to the main road. Room was spacious and clean. The free bar of chocolate was a really lovely touch.'

'Location is great right in the middle of the golden circle. They had two outside tubs. Awesome to relax after a long day. Room is nice. Problem was the bathroom floor, when wet it can become extremely slippery. Also as it uses floor heat I g it becomes quite warm. As it’s our first time in Iceland we didn’t know this and didn’t open the windows. What I didn’t like was that we didn’t get the promised bath tub /inside garden facing rooms as prebooked.'

'Een heerlijk warm, schoon en ruim appartement. Een goed uitgeruste keuken en makkelijk inchecken met een code. Enige minpuntje was dat de hottub leeg was en dus niet gebruikt kon worden. Verder een prima accommodatie die ik van harte aan kan bevelen.'

'Quiet place to stay, ideally located if you only have 2 days in Iceland, close to the golden circle stops.'

'There are not that any showers and toilets. Especially when you're sleeping on the top floor. The rest is very nice, comfortable en good. The building is absolutely charming en very clean! Breakfast seems a bit overpriced.'

'Comfortabel, ruim, modern en luxueus huisje. Bij receptie zijn een paar Tesla destination chargers (dus met vaste laadkabel) waar ook de huur PHEV gratis kon en mocht worden opgeladen Wat wij misten was een magnetron. Wel een luxe vaartwasser en gelukkig voir ons ook een afwasborstel. '

'Heel comfortabel huis op prachtige locatie. Het huis was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. (Alleen vorken ontbraken). Het water van de hottub was wel héél erg warm'

'The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. It was located right next to Kerið Crater, making it easy and convenient to step outside at night to watch the northern lights. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hot tub, which was a bit disappointing. It’s definitely a place we would love to stay at again and highly recommend to others.'
