'Faith at the front desk is exceptional and we both agree she provided the finest check-in experience we've had to date! The room was exceptional except the bed was too low to the floor. The shower was one of the best we ever had at a hotel but the water pressure in the sink was too low. The TV in the living room did not work but the one in the bedroom did. We highly recommend this hotel. We also wish for Faith to have all the best life has to offer. Bob and Carol from NY.'

'I absolutely love this hotel! It was convenient to walk to great restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. I had a beautiful suite with very nice finishes. They do it was my birthday and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. 'The happy hour was a nice surprise with such great food. Breakfast was awesome . We liked the location, especially next to Outback restaurant . My only complaint is when I really needed to talk to the front desk , I was put on hold and never took the call. I was having trouble with my reservation as it was made at the wrong Holiday inn out in the country. Due to her not taking the call , I used a website that overcharged me . Two nights 1400.00 . She acknowledge and blew it off that she never...

'Best valet service at any recent hotel. Outstanding location. The rooms have in window a/c units - prefer central - very noisy. The hotel in morning is very noisy especially by elevator - disruptive sleep - most likely due to loft style design. High ceilings, thin walls. Hotel sent an email asking if I needed anything. I responded with a question about pillows - they never replied back. Why send out if no one monitors? Beautiful roof top views. One server on staff for breakfast….felt...
