« I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned, and the mattresses were especially concerning. Upon inspection, we found signs of poor cleanliness and even discovered a bed bug, which is completely unacceptable.
A clean and safe sleeping environment should be the minimum expectation for any hotel guest. Finding a bed bug not only ruined our stay but also caused a great deal of stress and concern about bringing them home with us.
