'Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. 'This hotel is a hidden gem. It is on a perfect location near the Waterfront with a beautiful garden and own roof terrace. Also the people at the hotel are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and fresh. We really loved our stay at this place!'

'Heerlijk kleinschalig guesthouse, moderne uitstraling en uitstekende ligging in de stad. (Veilige buurt). Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en klantgericht. 'My home away from home, I've no other words to describe my stay at Cape Diem Lodge. The excellent experience already started at arrival at the airport when the more than kind driver of my transfer (arranged by the hotel) awaited me. Despite my late arrival in Cape Town, the reception at the hotel by the night porter was also perfect and made me feel really welcome. An experience that continued the following days.

'Fantastisch hotel op een goede locatie en met geweldig personeel.
De rooftop met zwembad is heerlijk om over de stad uit te kijken tijdens een sundowner. Ultiem van genoten. De kamers zijn ruim en super sfeervol ingericht. Net als de rest van het hotel.
Als ik iets zou moeten verbeteren zou het een iets uitgebreidere selectie zijn van al la carte gerechten bij het ontbijt. Maar het buffet was meer dan genoeg.
Ik kom hier zeker vaker terug voor de locatie, sfeer en het personeel!'
'Our stay at Dolphin Inn was amazing. We had a late arrival time so our host sent clear communication for our arrival as well as our included breakfast before an early tour time. Breakfast had cold and hot options with personal preferences taken into account.
Facilities were clean, bed comfortable, very quiet. Also close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Wonderful host! Met many repeat guests!'
