Nothing beats the convenience of staying in 1 bedroom apartment that is located in the heart of Hiroshima. Everything is within reach. Surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. The comfort and functionality of my apartment are my priority. 1 double bed and a single sofa bed can sleep up to 3 guests. Cleanliness and hotel-quality amenities and service are what I offer. Perfect place to stay. Very accessible and relaxing.

The Neighborhood:

The area is surrounded by local restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, perfect for enjoying both everyday comfort an Hiroshima’s local charm. Major landmarks such as Peace Memorial Park, Hondori Shopping Street, and the Atomic Bomb Dome are all within walking distance or a short tram ride away.



If you’re arriving from Hiroshima Airport, the limousine bus to Hiroshima Station (approx. 50 minutes) makes your journey simple and direct. This neighborhood combines accessibility, culture, and comfort — an ideal base for exploring the city.



Getting Around:

・From Hiroshima Station via City Tram

Exit from the South Exit of Hiroshima Station and take tram Line 2 (Miyajimaguchi),Line 6 (Eba), or Line 1 (Hiroshima Port). Get off at Kanayama-cho station.

The destination is a 3-minute walk from there.



・From Hiroshima Airport

Take the limousine bus bound for Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit, which takes approximately 50 minutes.

Once you arrive at Hiroshima Station, follow the tram instructions above to reach your destination.



Other Things to Note:

This property has no front desk.

All check-in details, including the address and exterior photos, will be sent to you via message on the day of your arrival.

After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a guest registration form and upload a photo of your government-issued ID.

No smoking inside the unit.

No pets allowed.



No Cleaning During Your Stay:

For multi-night stays, we ask that you reuse the towels provided and use the in-room washing machine if needed.



Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law):

All hosts must collect guest information, including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number.



CCTV/Security Camera:

For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals.



Luggage Drop Off:

You may drop off your luggage before check-in if needed (self-service only), but we cannot store luggage after check-out.
