Já em relação à manutenção e conservação dos alojamento em madeira (casa completa) os mesmos apresentam-se com o revestimento de madeira muito degradado assim como toda a toda a estrutura de madeira. 'Ficamos três dias e ocorreu tudo bem e tranquilo, o hotel é grande, espaçoso e está muito bem localizado dentro das muralhas de Almeida, com fácil acesso e muitas vagas para estacionar o veículo em frente ao hotel. A vista também valoriza o local. O melhor mesmo é o atendimento do Luís que nos recepcionou com total atenção, cuidado e gentileza. A limpeza e o cheiro perfumado por todo hotel é bem agradável. '

'I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. The room itself was just okay—basic but functional. However, it didn’t feel very clean. There was an awful smell in the room that never went away. There were visible marks on the walls, a stale smell, and the bathroom could definitely use a more thorough scrubbing.
