Springwood 44 - 2 BR/2.5 Bath Townhouse

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath Newly Renovated upstairs townhouse is a short distance to the beach, and across the street from the famous Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Springwood #44 has a king in the master bedroom, and bunk beds in the guest bedroom each with a twin on top and double on the bottom. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the condo. The owner has equipped this condo with everything you will need on vacation. It has a fully stocked kitchen, pots, pans, glasses & silverware to cook any meal. If you don't feel like cooking you can always walk to Island Coney or Hinchey's just a short walk away for Breakfast or Lunch. Walk a little further to Coligny plaza to find many more shops, restaurants and the island's famous south end Piggly Wiggly. The Low Country Celebration Park is just a short walk as well. The Beautiful Atlantic Ocean is about 3-4 Blocks Walking Distance. On the island this stretch of beach has the most area to spread out without being too close to your neighbor.

We had 4 adults in our group for a golf trip. We enjoyed our stay, location was close to lots to do and eat. The condo was nice and clean. Even the neighbors we meet we're friendly and welcoming. Kitchen was fully stocked (if we wanted to cook), washer and dryer worked great. No complaints.

Very close to everything in Hilton Head!

Stayed at this perfectly located accommodation in Hilton Head Island, SC for 3 days. Centrally located - to the restaurants and the Coligny (may have misspelt) beach. The accommodation is exactly as described. Very good and very convenient. The management team is very responsive too.

Cozy place with everything you need. We had to bring our own beach supplies (chairs, toys for kids, boards, etc) but had all the necessary kitchen supplies including a Kuerig and regular coffee pot, frying pans, pots, etc. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, great sleep all week. Only suggestion is to convert to a keyless entry because using a regular key all week and having to pick it up and drop it off was a bit of a hassle compared to other units.

I would recommend this condo.

Everything was exceptional. The only complaint that I have is that a truck from Georgia who was staying in the unit next door took her parking space and made it very difficult for us to get in and out as he was parked over the sidewalk. The condo itself was very nice and well kept, the decor was very cute. I was very impressed that there were no bugs. Two years ago we stayed in another condominium and the roaches were terrible. The grounds and the pool we're fabulous. I would highly recommend this condo. But understand that it is about a four-block walk to get to Coligny. We just rented bikes for the kids and they had a blast.
