Step inside to an open concept living room where a cozy sectional and decorative fireplace anchor the space, framed by floor to ceiling windows and French doors that flood the room with light and lagoon views. On the ground floor, the game room keeps the fun going with Pacman and basketball arcades, a ping pong table, and an 85 inch Smart TV with Xbox and PlayStation, plus a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and sink for quick snacks between rounds. The main kitchen is built for serious cooking, with a 6 burner gas range and pot filler faucet leading the lineup of top of the line appliances. The eat-in kitchen table seats 5, with 3 more seats at the bar, while the adjoining formal dining table seats 8, giving the whole group plenty of ways to gather over a meal.

Each of the six bedrooms offers its own private en-suite, giving every guest a peaceful retreat to recharge. Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Hilton Head Island, but the area is also very bike-friendly with miles of scenic trails and easy access to nearby parks and beaches. Bike rentals are readily available throughout the island.

✓  This house has parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 in the garage.
✓  The town prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw.
✓  The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓  Free heated pool & spa. Please let us know beforehand so we can prepare it for your arrival.
✓ Pool Heating Information: This home features an electric pool heater. While it helps maintain a comfortable swimming temperature, the pool temperature will naturally fluctuate with changes in outdoor ambient temperatures.
✓  PET POLICY: 1 dog 60 lbs or less, or 2 dogs with a combined weight of no more than 100 lbs, is allowed. A nonrefundable pet fee of $300 (covers up to 2 dogs) applies and is not included in your VRBO booking total. Our team will request this fee separately after your reservation is confirmed.
✓  The fireplace is not for guest use due to liability.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
