Situated in the Queens Grant neighborhood of the Palmetto Dunes Resort, it's easy to get to the beach for sun-kissed days playing in the sand and surf. Meander along charming bike trails or explore 11 miles of lagoons via kayak. Enjoy access to a host of on-site dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

LIVING AREA

Relax in the well-appointed and open living area, featuring vaulted ceilings as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa and two armchairs. Kick back and watch a movie on the 52' TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a double-basin sink, and a full suite of helpful appliances.

When it's time to eat, convene around the dining table with seating for six. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar, which seats two.

BEDROOMS & BATH

This ground-floor villa sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

Find ultimate comfort in the master bedroom, complete with a king bed, three dressers, a 42' TV, and direct deck access.

Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, featuring a plush queen bed, dresser, and large closet.

The bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip morning coffee on your spacious deck, set amidst a canopy of oak and palmetto trees. In the evening, sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for 6.

Have fun splashing around in the five swimming pools located around the resort. (The pool closest to your unit is unheated and open seasonally from April to October.)

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two cars in the open parking lot.

Your reservation total includes the fee for two vehicles for up to two nights' stay.

The Dunes Buggy shuttle is available seasonally at no charge and can transport you around the Palmetto Dunes compound.

Head just minutes to access miles of gorgeous beach for sunny days playing in the surf.

Visit the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center for lessons or to play a friendly game (0.6 miles). Or tee off at three world-class golf courses, all within 3 miles.

Rent a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard and explore the 11-mile lagoon system on the resort property.

An array of on-site dining, shopping, entertainment, and kid-friendly activities are on offer just a short walk or drive away.

The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers over 600 acres for hiking, horseback rides, and wildlife spotting (4.7 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
