Relaxing Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was so quiet and peaceful and just a mile of a bike ride to the beach front. The pool was a relaxing touch; just big enough to cool off and relax by. Shaded most of the time by the trees. Kitchen was well stocked and the culdesac was very quiet. Public parking is a little difficult for restaurants and beach so you really do need to rent bikes. We had plenty of space for our kids and the beds were comfortable!

Peaceful

This was our 4th time renting in this neighborhood and 2nd time in this exact house. We biked everywhere in Sea Pines (beach, tennis, Harbour Town) and the included equipment rental was seamless. We love the layout of this house for our family of 4.

Hollyberry

It was very nice house in a great location. The only complaint that I have is a realtor showed up that wanted to see the house. Apparently the house is for sale.

Fantastic property

We had a fantastic week-long stay! The entire house is beautifully renovated and located in a family friendly community. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (thank you for providing quality pots and pans!), comfy beds, and the community pool and play area. The only issue we had was with a severely clogged shower drain, but the property management company was very responsive and addressed it immediately. We highly recommend this house!

Best location and house !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was absolutely perfect. It was so clean, beautiful inside and out. Very easy access to the beach which we rode our bikes to only a 10 minute bike ride. and the dogs had such a great time going for walks on the beautiful bike path to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we could ever ask for. It was the perfect size for my family and our pups. We will absolutely come back and stay in this exact house next year!!!

A pleasant experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. The place was in good repair and well kept, we enjoyed the Sea Pines area, and when we did have a couple of issues with the property (a low branch in the driveway and the AC quit working) repairs were done quickly and conveniently. Good communication from the management company throughout.

Labor Day Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is clean and organized! But, if you are looking to walk to the beach then this wouldn't be the spot to vacation. I just thought the property was closer to the beach. Nonetheless, we had a really great time renting at this property. The lay out is wonderful, plenty of trails to wak, and close to shops, and other locations needed on vacation.

Overall Good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a great house to rent for a week. The layout was perfect for our family. My only piece of feedback was that the house was not properly cleaned upon our arrival (disappointing but not the end of the world). Furniture and bedding are very basic so don't expect it to be comfortable.

Wonderful Greenwood Forest Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great stay in Hilton Head! Our party has come here every year for many years and this house is definitely at the top of the places we’ve stayed. The layout was perfect for us (two families, each with young children) and dog. Loved that the kitchen overlooks the living space, and the deck with fire pit table was great too! House was clean and had starter kits which was helpful so we could get things at the store. Would definitely stay again!

Early summer treat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time at 7 Hollyberry, but probably not our last. Really an outstanding rental in a great location. Close access to everything by car or bike (we biked to the beach club most days). House is equipped with everything you could ask for. House was in great shape, everything worked wonderfully (all appliances appear to be new). Clearly home owners take a lot of price in their house and they should. Neighborhood is very woodsy, but we did not see one bug in the house. Absolutely a 5 Star stay!!!

Thanksgiving visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was great. The only issue we faced was parking on Thanksgiving week. We had family come visit and the permit department came by twice and told us we couldn’t park anywhere on the street. We had 2 large trucks and they barely fit in the driveway with its T setup.

Excellent place in Sea Pines!

Took the family (two kids 9 and 6) for a summer trip to HH. I've stayed in several places in Hilton Head (including parents condo in Sea Pines) and this was by far the nicest. Everything has been redone in this home, including the bathrooms, flooring, kitchen, etc. A great quiet location in a residential neighborhood that's a short drive or bike ride to most everything. The house was very well stocked with dishwasher pods, clothes washing pods, etc. Community pool is a short bike ride away. Family and I had a great vacation and really enjoyed this home. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home felt like someone really cared about it. It was updated, clean and perfectly decorated. We liked everything about it, except our daughter seemed to be allergic to a dog that may have been there before us. She’s pretty allergic and kept sneezing and breaking out in hives. The rest of us were fine and loved it.

Sea Pines home

Our stay was AMAZING! We will definetly be back. I was worried about the size of the home thinking it would not be big enough for the 6 of us adults. It was just enough. The lay out of the home allowed everyone to have their own space but come together for meals and evening get togethers. Coming from VA it was nice that it had beach chairs, cooler, and towels for us to use. One less thing to have to pack. The neighborhood had lots to do. We did not get to everything so we will be back. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!
