New fully renovated home 1 minute walk to the beautiful private beach access

This amazing beachside home is only 100 yards from the ocean! Just a short stroll and you are on the sand, no streets to cross.
The main floor living space is an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, a 75” TV, ample seating areas and French doors that open to a large screened in porch. The porch is complete with outdoor dining for six and deep comfortable seating around the porch’s TV. A Vaulted ceiling and an oversized fan will make this area a guest favorite. The screen porch also can accesses the grill porch and 13 steps down to the pool.

The kitchen features a Sub Zero refigerator, Thor (gas burning) stove / oven, a full size icemaker, double refrigeration drawers and a dishwasher. The kitchen island has 3 barstools and sits adjacent to the dining room table that seats 8 or can be extended to seat 10.

The home has a large pool (24’ x 10’) pool and an outdoor pavillon area under the house complete with a ping pong table, TV, pool bathroom and multiple areas to lounge poolside. The large laundry room is also located on this level.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, TV, and a full-sized bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, two trundle beds, and a full bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a powder room down this hall.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a king bed, TV, sitting area, walk in closet and a luxury bathroom with pebbled floors, walk in shower and double vanity. Across the hall, there a queen-sized bed, TV, walk in closet and a full-sized bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. Also located upstairs, is a landing with a desk and sofa / sitting area.

The area is located approximately one mile from Coligny Beach where there are multiple shops, restaurants, live music and night life. The home also has perfect access to the Sonesta Resort and spa where a massage is just a short walk down the beach. Bike trails also access the many sights to see around the neighborhood and Hilton Head.

*Pool heat is available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we loved it!!! When we first entered the home we did notice a very musty smell and noticed that all of the fabric dining room chairs were damp. I messaged the rental agency and they promptly replied that the chairs had been professionally cleaned. No one had occupied the home the week before so it just needed some time to circulate to air to get rid of the odor. Otherwise the home was lovely. Everything is clean, updated and decorated nicely. The kitchen could use some small improvements such as sharper knives and keurig machine. Was also little surprised that the fridge did not have a filtered water dispenser. The outside area is great, however we didn’t get to use the pool area since it was a bit chilly. Location of this home is perfect, such a short walk to the beautiful beach! We rented bikes and enjoyed the proximity to shops and restaurants. We are already looking into returning in the spring and summer and will definitely consider rented this home again!

great clean property and super close to the beach. Unlike many other Hilton Head homes, the A/C could actually keep up and maintain reasonable temps in the heat and humidity of July. The best part was the private gated beach access that meant the beach nearby was relatively empty and we did not feel crowded at all.

Perfect for Our Family

This property was 99.5% perfect in our family’s opinion. There are numerous “pros” and any “cons” are possibly a little nitpicky. Location was fabulous and a very short walk to the beach. The house itself was also fabulous: beautifully decorated, perfect bedroom situation for us (4 bedrooms- two with King beds- and each with their own beautiful, full baths),and inground pool. The property management company was easy to get in touch with and responded fairly quickly. The beds were very comfortable. If the shades made the room darker, I could’ve easily slept away the day. My only “cons”: - I wish the info from the management company was specifically about our property and not general info for all the Hilton Head properties. For instance, they mentioned parking passes that weren’t required for this home and we had no idea what day was our trash day and how we were supposed to proceed with that (curbside?) - The beach path needs to be at least trimmed back. We were getting whacked in the face by the overgrowth. This is private access (which is wonderful) but I’m not sure who is supposed to maintain this. - As another reviewer had said, the kitchen supplies are somewhat sad. The dishes are nice and there are a more than ample supply of glasses. The cooking utensils and serving bowls can use some additions. Not to mention there were no grill utensils (but we were happy to have a useable grill!) We would come back in a heartbeat and would heartily recommend this home to others!

Close to the beach and freshly renovated

The property is freshly renovated and with our family of 8 we never felt crowded. There are Wi-Fi connect TV’s in every single room which helps disperse the kids that may all want to watch a different show in the evening. The Pool was cleaned a few times over the week and was great for the kids after long days at the beach. The beach was a short 2 minute walk and was not crowded at all as the access is gated and not a public access beach. The negatives s: Cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc… were probably from a garage sale and embarrassing which is odd considering the appliances in the kitchen were super premium. Public service announcement: they did not provide an extra garbage bags, toilet paper, other than those supplied at check-in, no paper towels, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, not even salt and pepper. If you plan on cooking at all you’ll need to supply yourself with everything you may need.

Beautifully decorated

The home is in a great location and is clean and fresh looking on the inside. My only complaint is there is no pantry so all of your dry food ends up on the counter and each bedroom only got one wash cloth. Also the kitchen could use some dry measuring cups and new spatualas.
