'Breakfast'

'We really enjoyed our stay! I especially loved that the hotel has a sauna and that it’s available even if you don’t book a treatment. The one thing I didn’t quite understand was the locker policy. Apparently, lockers are only available to guests who book a treatment, even if you’re simply using the sauna. Since there were plenty of lockers available, it didn’t really make sense why they couldn’t be used by sauna guests as well. I think this would be a great area for the hotel to...

'The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options'

'They're in the process of remodeling. The room was very clean, just som little things that need repair. I would stay again, the staff was super. They have a small continental breakfast, good coffee and again super friendly. I even got cash back for checking out early.'

'The property was still under renovations. It will probably be nice when complete.'

'Great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything worked like it should. Good location and easy to get in and out. Would happily stay here again.'

If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...

'Courteous and helpful staff made our stay pleasant and enjoyable.'

'Third time staying here for work travel. Great location and experience each and every tim'

'Good price for the room'

'I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...
