The Space:

The pool area includes an 8-person spa, in pool lounge chairs, pool side covered cabana with 65” TV, large patio with tables, chairs, and bar stools all surrounded by a fence. The pool and/or spa can be heated for an additional charge. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and lagoon while searching for all the amazing wildlife Hilton Head has to offer right in the backyard. You will enjoy seeing herons, egrets, anhinga’s, hawks, turtles, deer, lizards, tree frogs, blue birds, woodpeckers, ospreys, alligators and an occasional eagle or owl. The marina offers fishing charters, sightseeing cruises, pontoon boats, jet skis, and kayak rentals. * Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
