Hilton Head Townhouse - Walk to Coligny beach, restaurants, shops and more!

Newly renovated 2 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 floor townhome in the heart of the Coligny area of HHI (sleeps 8). The lower floor opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee/tea station at your ready, dining area, half bath, and living room with a queen-size pullout couch, smart TV, plus games and books for your use during your staying. There is a slider that opens out to the back patio, with outdoor dining area and gas grill (gas included), that looks out over the shared courtyard and pool. Behind the kitchen is a full laundry room.

Moving upstairs, the first bedroom is on the right, with king bed, bureau and chair for looking out the balcony to the back courtyard and palm trees. Down the hallway, the second bedroom has a king bed with twin-size bunk beds and dresser. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Between the bedrooms are two full size bathrooms (showers, no tubs). Linens and towels are provided, as well as extra blankets and pillows.

In addition to all the amenities in the unit and the community pool, the home is located a very short walk to the Coligny beach, dozens of restaurants (we have lots of recommendations!), Celebration Park with a large playground, live music venues, grocery store (Piggly Wiggly), and shopping.

Just a 5-10 bike ride or drive to some of the best golf courses in the southeast (again, we have recommendations!), Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and Shelter Cove.
