The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of five. The grounds were gorgeous. The pool and beach access are truly just a few easy steps away. The property was the perfect size for our family of 5. Love how close to the beach it is. The first floor unit makes it easy access to the grassy area for the kiddos to play and a super quick walk to the beach. Would definitely come back! :)

Beach view was on target...we could listen to the ocean while we slept! Location to beach access and pool was spot on - very convenient. Gate access in was a little confusing. Could not see the sign to enter (we thought it was a bike path). Got out and entered code at exit gate but quickly figured out the gate.

This was out first time visiting HH. We loved the location. Being on the 1st floor, the condo was very convenient to the beach. You can't see the beach from the condo but you can see and hear the ocean. They have chairs and an umbrella that we could use on the beach. Check in /out was a breeze. My only complaints were the blender does not work. We are big smoothie people and I wasted 25 in frozen fruit/yogurt/spinach because that blender wouldn't chop even spinach. The counter wasn't super clean behind the appliances, and the master shower needs some srubbing bubbles and a magic eraser as some mold is starting to grow on the tile. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

As another post mentioned, the pictures are very accurate and the condo is very clean. In fact, one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. The pool is amazing. Clean, has a deep end and wasn't very crowded. It is a very quiet relaxing property, not a lot of noise which is just wonderful. The views are spectacular. Everything you need is in the unit including beach chairs and umbrella, toys, etc. You can also rent chairs and an umbrella from the on site life guard. The area surrounding the unit is like being in a Hallmark movie. I have never seen anything like it, so family oriented. Also, A very pleasant surprise, we saw three deer the night of our arrival right outside of the balcony of the unit. Lots of rabbits and other wildlife. Don't hesitate to book this rental the hosts of the property are very gracious and accommodating. Thank you John and Laura

This was our first time to Hilton Head so we were kind of guessing and assuming which location would be best and this place was perfect. It’s steps away from a gorgeous beach and easy enough driving access to any restaurants or shops without feeling too crowded or busy. There was no real checking in or out to worry about with a front desk, the hosts just informed us of everything we needed and it went smoothly. It was comfortable and had pretty much every kitchen utensil we could need, and we made use of the balcony furniture every single morning and evening. This is a great spot for sunrises, whether walking out to the beach or watching from the balcony. Even being on the first floor you can see ocean from the window and balcony. You can’t see the beach itself but the dunes are a cool view in their own right. The ONLY negative we can think of was at 5’6” my wife noted the balcony chairs often put the top of the railing in her sight line, but at 6’1” my view was unhindered. The pool was very warm and aside from it being temporarily closed for 24 hours we enjoyed being able to rotate from beach to pool so easily. Considering the price difference of other places we saw, we found this to be a tremendous value and would highly recommend staying here.

Great beach getaway

We decided to take a trip to HHI and enjoyed the location and the rental. Great location on the beach with a nice pool. Beds were comfortable and the rental was clean. We would definitely return!

Great condo for our weekend get-away

Property is wonderfully located next to the beach, very clean, and the pool on property was lovely. The condo had sheets, towels for bathing, kleenex, toilet paper, hand soap and the kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, cups, mugs and utensils. Water pressure was great. We enjoyed the porch with chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place

Our stay was perfect. We've stayed in this area of the island at various properties for 5 years, and this is our favorite location yet. The condo was perfect size and had everything we needed, the pool was great and I loved being at a building that wasn't huge. Thank you!

This was our 2nd stay in the condo and we love, love, love it! Of course, Hilton Head itself is a lovely destination but having this condo as our home away from home is special. With it's 1st floor location right at the beach, you feel like you're in your own beachhouse. Just step off the porch and your walking to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises each morning and breezes off the water all day...plus the grassy yard is great for the kids to play. We will be back!

Lovely condo with ocean views

The condo is great! Location is right behind the beach dunes, with a spacious patio from where to enjoy the beautiful sunrise views. Building is on the older side, but well taken care of. Gated pool area is nice and direct beach access is convenient. Would stay here again, thanks for everything!
