Welcome to our Beachfront Paradise, our four bedroom, four bathroom townhome. This is the only 4 bedroom/ 4 bath condo in the complex!

We truly want you and your family to experience a fantastic Hilton Head Island Beach Vacation. Our complex, Hilton Head Beach Villas is a 30 unit beautiful, quiet gated community.

Upon arriving you pull directly into your covered carport. No elevators or luggage carts to deal with, as you are 10' from the entrance door. This townhome offers two upper level King bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two lower level bedrooms that look out into the beach dunes. One of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. A nicely decorated full bathroom is also on the lower level. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and power outlet strips for all your electrical needs. Foyer has a bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Main level has a fully renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters with center island. Coffee maker, teapot, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils to cook your favorite dishes. A large dining room table overlooks the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy a meal with family and friends. A unique feature to this townhome is a large side deck overlooking the ocean. You can enjoy food and beverage on this large deck with enough seating for all to enjoy. Back inside, the living room area has a large flat screen television, and new comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing. Out front on the ground level patio you will find a charcoal grill and new patio furniture. There are also 2 deck boxes filled with new beach chairs annually, and beach toys for the kids.

In May 2024, we opened up a brand new larger pool and pool deck. We are so excited for this new addition to Hilton Head Beach Villas. Also, there is a new private elevated walkway to the beach. This makes it easier for people with mobility issues to access the famous South Forest Beach.

Coligny Plaza is just a few blocks away. It has all the night life, shopping, dining, and services you need within easy walking or biking distance. We look forward to hearing from you!!!

Best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Amazing variety of spices available. Loved the Keurig coffee system as you could make 1 Kcup or a pot. Lots of pots, pans, bowls. Great selection of flatware, serving pieces, dishes, glasses, etc. Several beach chairs were available for use as well as a wagon and tent. Sand toys for kids were in good supply. Covered parking was nice especially as we had some rain.Definitely looking to return to this property.

Great condo...  Well maintained and in one of the best locations possible.  Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Coligny Beach but far enough away where you avoid the largest beach crowds. Great pool, and beach access couldn't be any shorter. The condo was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed including beach furniture and toys for the kids.  The two patios are also awesome.   The ground level patio was really convenient for hanging out and cooking on the grill.   The second level deck/patio had great ocean views. It is large and situated so that you can choose between sitting in the sun or the shade.Highly recommended.

It was a very nicely furnished and appointed condo that was very clean upon our arrival. It is a great location with easy access to the beach as well as an easy walk to Coligny Plaza. There is no reason we wouldn’t recommend it or seek it out again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Great location

I stayed end of May/early June 2025 with my two adult children and their families. The layout was perfect as my daughter with two teenagers had the lower floor bedrooms while my husband and I shared a room in the upper floor, along with our son’s family in the other upper bedroom. We had 8 people and 2 babies. We fit perfect in this space. The condo was nicely appointed. We had two dinners in as well as breakfasts and lunches. It was just a short walk to the beach. The pool was awesome and perfect for the teenagers and babies. It was also really nice to be so close to coligny, restaurants and nightlife. If you don’t mind the walk or a short bike ride, it is relatively close to the circle. The owners had plenty of beach toys, chair, wagon and an umbrella which was really nice to have versus packing. We didn’t realize so much would be available.The only thing that gave me a bit of anxiety was the parking situation as there is only approval for 2 cars at the unit, we had 3 (3 families). The rental agency led me to believe we may or may not be able to park our 3rd car. That was added stress unwarranted. When we got there and I pressed her about parking, she then stated that if there were no spots in overflow (due to high season), we could park with our permit behind the agency bld. Instead of causing stress to renters, she could have stated that via email when I asked the week before our trip. This is no reflection on the owners; this was rental agency.

Great family vacation!

We loved the accommodations and location. The keypad entry was a little finicky but we had picked up keys from management office nearby in case it didn't work. The nest thermostat would make it really cold in the common area but would turn off at night so the bedrooms would get warm at night. Recommend a normal programmable thermostat and or ceiling fans in bedrooms. Other than that everything was wonderful and would definitely stay there again!

Beach beauty

From the bird song sunrise to the gorgeous moonrise, this place gave us access to the ocean that was everything a vacation promises.We had spectacular weather for beach visits with two little boys, great common areas for catch in the evenings, and a great kitchen for meals. Mark was quick to respond and was a great host!
